The unit is well-maintained and freshly renovated conveniently located near hospitals, downtown, city park, LSU, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and more! We also offer offer a full kitchen equipped with all of the essentials needed, a dish washer, granite counter tops, full sized refrigerator w/ freezer, washer and dryer in unit, flat screen tv, full bathroom, black out curtains, full length mirror, large walk in closet, walk-in kitchen pantry, and queen size bed. We do accept pets in this unit with a non-refundable fee, the pet must be at a certain weight ( 20-25 lbs) and must be completely house trained and will not chew on furniture to decrease chances of accidents and damage to property.The owners of this property do live in the other unit completely separate from the unit available.
