You had to ask the desk worker to even be able to use the pool and be able to unlock the door to it. There were people just hanging out drinking all in the parking lot in the middle of the day. I would not return. Unsafe and sketchy.

Staff on arrival in the evening was not there. Said would be back on 15 min. Then there were not enough towels in the bathroom. Had to go down and get them. They were not folded. Said did not have enough staff to fold which was fine as long as clean but was odd. Bathroom sink in room smelled like butt crack! It was awful! I am thinking they are short staffed and just doing minimal job on the rooms. Elevators were super dirty and so were the walls. Just seems like bad management and bad attitudes of staff. On positive note the bed was comfortable. Could be a nice stay if was cleaned properly and staff was more professional.

The location was excellent, and there was ample parking. Breakfast was good. Hotel was not very clean. We had to clean our bathroom, because there was sticky stuff on the floor (we travel with a few cleaning supplies to disinfect our room). Hallways needed cleaning, too.

The rooms were clean, well lit. Bed was extremely comfortable. Probably one of the nicest hotels weve stayed at for a long time. Get breakfast options as well

Staff at front Desk, very nice. Only thing I saw in room needed attention was vent in Bathroom filty plus needed New Tissue holders, I have stayed in Lots of Holiday Inns. Breakfast was Good and Plentiful. Lady that was there, Give her A Super.

The TV did not work in our room, there were no towels, someone dame into our room @7:40 un announced, we got a late checkout to sleep in , housekeeping hit the door with the door with the vaccume, children running in the hall and slaming doors. I have rested better in my car.

Had a decent stay for 1 night , but the TV didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it that night (no maintenance person). Offered us a different room, but at 9pm we were already settled in. We left the next morning.

First was given a room when I arrived that was occupied walked in on someone as they where doing there thing. Had to go get assigned another room was not an experience I never dealt with before. Make sure to use all locks on the door so no one can walk in on you.

I’ve never checked into a a property so unprofessional and unprepared to receive guests that are selling out your property. I’ve never ever not been able to check into my room at 3:00pm. Front desk was rude about my on time check in at 3:00. My room wasn’t ready along with 20 other guests. We were there for a football game and had to check in at 11:00 at night and wait in line for 20 other guests to check in there rooms as well. I have never spent the type of money for one night stay and be treated so unprofessional.

When we arrived at the room that was given someone was in the room, so the clerk assigned us another room which someone was in that one as well. We were finally able to get a room after the third time trying. I was disappointed because we had to split up from our kids and put them on one end of the hallway and we were on the other. We originally had a suite room with two queens and a sofa bed to accommodate our party.

Lady checking in before us was told due to sprinkler mishap they did not have the king suite available for her but could provide her with a king room on the first floor and a king room on the 4th floor at no additional charge. The woman didn’t appear to be comfortable with that so I offered to give her my queen suite in exchange for her 2 kings. She asked her husband and they were grateful. When it was my turn to check in they conveniently had another queen suite available so would not give us the 2 kings. Fine. Pool door didn’t work so had employee let us in with others waiting. No pool towels so us and 2 other families there had to go get some from hotel rooms. Then we’ve eaten and are ready to watch a movie but the TV doesn’t work. We go downstairs to ask if there’s something they can do but unfortunately they confirm it’s broken and then offer us the 2 kings! Go figure! Smh

Pleasant experience & relaxing room.
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Italy checked us in, and was extremely pleasant. Italy recommended a restaurant to us, that was amazing. I don’t have enough time to go into detail about what a wonderful employee Italy is, and how kind and helpful she was for us. Will definitely stay here in the future, it’s the perfect location to LSU. My kids loved the pool, and enjoyed it.

The property was very dirty, our toilet was completely broken. The door didn’t latch properly securing our belongings. Everyday our keys would be deactivated as well

Hotel was good and comfortable. Very hard to leave the property because of the location due to being on the off ramp of the highway. Parking was only on 3 sides and you can only enter through the front door. The other doors were exit only. Breakfast was ok but limited. Food was not very fresh an hour after breakfast began. Not alot of variety.

Room was not cleaned at all except we had clean sheets. If we hadn’t swung in at midnight and only been staying one night I would have pitched a fit. Was not happy with stay at all.

More cleaning and more organization should be done
I'm an IHG member and because I booked through a third party, they refused to accept my membership ID. The first room I checked into was filthy (Body hairs in the tub, dirt on the wall of the shower, dried food on the tables, the toilet was not clean, it had stains as well, there were brown water stains on the ceiling from the roof leaking and the room smelled of mold and mildew), so I was moved to 2nd room (no offer for any compensation from the staff for the inconvenience of moving again). The 2nd room had a leaking faucet so anytime I washed my hands or used the sink water was everywhere. The blinds in the room were broken so I couldn't let any sunlight in, the hotel phones in didnt work in either room. The wifi in the hotel only worked for tablets, laptops, or desktops. If you tried to connect through your phone, you were out of luck and the reception was so bad I couldn't even use my own data. It was a total dead spot. The breakfast was just okay, the juice is diluted with so much water it tasted like flavored water. On the last day of (Sunday) they ran out of one of the most popular breakfast items (cinnamon rolls). Multiple guests were asking for them for their children, once again we were just out of luck. During my stay each time I left the hotel and returned to my room, my keys were deactivated, so I had to return back down to the front desk to have them activate my keys again. Upon check out I wasn't asked how my stay was or anything. The staff just didnt care.
