hit and miss cleaning

The first day they did not clean room, Second day towel only ( Thanksgiving day) Third day they almost got it right. No cups in bathroom or for coffee for third day and no coffee, tea, no Kleenex, What made it worst I told the clerk every morning and evening

Thanks for bringing your concerns to our attention. Our front office manager recall speaking with you and were truly sorry that housekeeping continued to drop the ball with general service. I have printed your comments to address with my team in the morning as a reminder we have have to pay better attention to the details and follow through.
