Not so hot

The room was nice. My first night the air conditioner must have gone out while I was sleep. Woke up to a hot room. I had to rush to work and upon my return I could tell someone had been in there so I thought they fixed it. Then I remembered I hadn't said anything and I reported it. The maintenance came and said that there is a sensor that helps control the unit and was told to give it time. After 30 min no cool air. They moved me to another room.

Excellent Hotel! Great staff!

I was in dire need of access to laundry, but was short four quarters to be able to run what I needed. The receptionist working on the evening of 4/13, Connie, said she wasn't able to charge my room a dollar and give me change back. However, she then went into the back and found four quarters from her own purse. Customer service supreme!!! What a valuable addition to the Baton Rouge Homewood Suites team!

Bathroom was a little dirty; as was the elevator. However, overall I was please with the accommodations; and would certainly stay there again.

Feels like home

This is the kind of hotel that you expect to stay away from home to remind your home. Excellent staff and breakfast with a good variety of food and not just coffe and donuts like others.
