The property was clean, but didn’t have some of the amenities advertised. The bar selection was limited, and the desk staff seemed to be responsible for too much. They were always super helpful, but very busy. They were sometimes hard to find. Also, I checked in on Monday and had to ask for clean towels on Thursday night. I can understand not checking rooms everyday, but 4 days is too long.

I was surprised as there was no electrical outlet within about 15 feet of the bed. Also, no shampoo --- there were 2 full containers of body wash and 1 of conditioner. Very nice property.

The room we stayed in hadn’t been cleaned properly. We had to walk to the front desk for towels and toilet paper as their cleaning staff was off to the Easter weekend. Our dirty towels stayed in the room with us. I don’t recommend this place. Even the first day when house cleaning was working they didn’t come clean our room. There was garbage under the sofa seats. Again I DO NOT recommend this hotel.

I had one problem the air conditioner would not regulate. It would run till it was freezing. Then it would shut off till it was hot.. I went to dayshift manager and asked to be moved in the room next-door. It was unoccupied, and the door was open so I checked the air conditioner and it worked properly. I had a meeting to go to so I left my phone number with him to arrange it, but never heard from him again. I don’t believe a customer should have to beg so we toughed it out the rest of the week.

This hotel is right accross the street from the Mall of Louisiana, where there was great shopping and many restaurants. It also has free breakfast in the morning and a comfortable place to sit and eat it. The room was quiet, clean, and the bed was comfortable. In the 5 days i was there they never came in to clean the room. I did call for fresh towels and they brought them immediately. Yes, I would stay there again next time I'm in Baton Rouge.

This was a great location for our stay. It was directly across from the Mall of Louisiana, and right off the highway, so that was very convenient. The staff was amazing! I would definitely book this hotel again.

Had a good week stay expect for the fact that Maintenance never fixed the clog toilet. I had non-working toilet for the last 3 days of my stay. Informed the front desk each night and each morning as i was leaving for the day. I'd come back and the toilet still wasn't fixed. overnight night front desk people was nice though.

The worst thing they were having a party down stairs. my children and myself were on the elevator and 3 women dressed like strippers got on the elevator with very little clothing on thongs and went to the party. That is something my children should not have to see anywhere especially while at a place like this. And they was a couple of people smoking weed outside the front door. That was totally unacceptable and I will not be going back to stay there. It was by far the worst place I have ever stayed.

Room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We reserved a 2 queen room 1 hour prior to arrival & then were told they only had king rooms. We have 4 kids so 1 of my kids had to sleep on the floor. They didn’t have sheets for the pull out couch. Bad experience.

When we arrived to the hotel at 3pm for check-in. The front desk clerk said none of the king rooms had been cleaned yet and it would about 15-20 minutes. We decided to wait, and after 30 minutes I let the front desk know that we would check in later that night after we finished in town. She thanked me for understanding. We returned at our hotel at 11:40pm and were told that they no longer had a room available for me. All they could do was give me a walk ticket to a Sleep Inn 10 minutes away. The hotel they sent me to wasn’t nearly the same quality as the one I originally booked, and it was also not in the area of town I wanted to stay in. Will NOT be back.

Check-in was the best part of the experience and yes the hotel was clean and quiet, lots of parking available. But the pool was not available even though it was a sunny and warm weekend, breakfast was scheduled from 7:00 am to 10:00 am and at 9 am they had already ran out of coffee, milk, waffle batter, fruits, eggs and other breakfast items. I asked a kitchen staff member for coffee and then it was filled, but nothing else was refilled. Only one elevator was working which made it very difficult to access the assigned floor or leave with the luggage. I had higher hopes for the hotel because of the location and the high prices but I guess that doesn’t really mean anything as far of the treatment or quality of the experience. Will not stay here again

My room was clean, spacious, and nicely laid out. The breakfast was good and available for extended hours on the weekend. The hotel is across the road from the Mall of Louisiana. There are many restaurants within a mile or two driving distance of the hotel.

They need to invest in new mattresses. Room was only cleaned once for a 5 night stay. The young lady behind the counter on the evening of the 13th was extremely nice. Breakfast was decent.
