There was NO valet parking! There were NO bellmen and absolutely no cart or help with luggage! Very sad for such a lovely place!

This was a great overall experience. The hotel room is very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The casino was very clean with a good variety of games. The staff was very friendly. This casino/ hotel is the perfect size. Plenty big for variety but small enough that it is easy to get around. Highly recommend!

Check-in was not very explanatory about ways to get around. Specially to your room parking was thoroughly confusing, having to ride elevators up and back down to get anywhere at check-in. Staff did not explain what you needed to do and there were not signs up. No icemaker with ice buckets in the room and the morning we’re getting ready to leave. A young man just politely opened the door to our room to come in and no he was not with housekeeping he did immediately say he was sorry and backed out. Did not like that at all. Restaurants, small and few and crowded but that was to be expected as there was a show going on for that night but what we did get to eat from the sandwich. Shop was pretty good. The room was nice. It was clean once you got to it.

Loved the cleanliness of this hotel, wish there would have been options for room service. I had surgery while present and booked due to the room service option tonmake it easier for me, but almost all the restaurants were closed while we were there but it was a good stay either way

Nice place if you are a gambler
Nice hotel especially if you are there on a weekend and want to gamble. We were just passing through and need a place for one night. The hotel was great, but on a Monday, all but two of the restaurants were closed. We really wanted Cajun food, but the restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday as are two of the others there. There is also the resort fee that's only shown in the fine print...

The heater bowed only one ay, one side of the room was cool the other side was luke warm. The television is small and go from dark to light on it's own. There is no refrigerator nor microwave. Staff did accommodate us by bringing us a refrigerator. Furniture definitely outdated, but the shower was very elegant. The staff here is verey nice

The first room we had at first had hair in the bed and in the shower. Ms.Monica was kind enough to change our room with no problem. We were also allowed to check in early. Besides the hair issue everything was kool. Will be returning.

I was coming to do a 5 star review originally until I looked at my receipt and noticed i was charged a $3 “TOGO” fee at sports book . I find it ridiculous that since i came in when the restaurant was closing and was told i HAD to order togo why would i be charged a fee to do so? it’s a scam and just another way of getting money out of people at this already overpriced hotel ! I was also told that $50 would be refunded to my account after i checked out and it has now been two days after checking out and I have not received my money back .
