Shady motel with roaches

I usually rely on La Quinta's for good beds and good prices. This experience was honestly not good. Stayed three nights. After first night, maid says she only has 12 mins to clean the room and what did I need? I said towels and coffee. She put those on the bed, emptied the trash and was gone. They did better the second night. However, you can tell that the mgmt doesn't care about the property. Shame, since it is in a really good location.

Clean comfortable hotel. Basic breakfast but pleasant stay overall. 12.00pm checkout is generous.

It's an older hotel close to the interstate and to LSU. It was clean and the receptionist was very kind. There is a very good Mexican restaurant in very close proximity.

Guests bring their dogs inside room

Breakfast wasn't great took a while for staff to get bread to toast. Saw guests bring Labradors inside the rooms. We were not advised that the accommodation is pet friendly. Our room smelt of dampness. Pool was not able to be used.

I stayed in same hotel in 2017 and was Semi OK again I stay in 2018 and it was a total disappointment with condition of hotel...NO pool, mold in restroom, was not vacuumed correctly, did not smell clean at all, no soap, cups n furniture very outdated. Last time to book there.

Hotel needed by the university

This hotel was in the perfect location. There also was 3 nice restaurants near by.

I booked a king size bed, but at check in they said no rooms with a king size bed was available. The room smelled like smoke, the A/C wouldn’t stay on Consistently. The pool was out of order.

Pool was closed for maintaince even tho I asked for a pool. Bathroom was not swept. Bathtub needs resurfacing at least.
