Dirty

Was traveling through from Florida to Texas, and needed to rest my head. Many reasons why I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Rude staff. Black mold in the shower. Fecal matter on the skirt on the bed. Long, black hair found in the sheets. Breakfast was awful! I wouldn’t stay again... keep hotel shopping.

Very Friendly Staff

From check in to breakfast & housekeeping everyone was so friendly! Loved the waffles! When coming back from a busy day the room was very clean. Debbie at the front desk was exceptional! I don't remember the name of the person that checked me in was very nice as well & gave me a nice room. I will be back. Staff should be thanked for their Southern Hospitality!

HORRIBLE

Wouldn't let us check in early at 1:30pm. Said no rooms were ready but there was minimal cars in the parking lot. Wouldn't hold our bags in storage while we went to the football game. When we returned after the night game to finally check in, they said our room was rented!!!!. Moved us to another hotel which took over an hour at 11pm at night. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

PRIME LOCATION TO RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING

Pros: STAFF, LOCATION, AND COST
THE HOTEL STAFF WAS TOP OF THE LINE!!!! I FELT WELCOMED FROM THE TIME I WALKED INTO THE LOBBY, I CALLED FOR DIRECTIONS STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL, AND BREAKFAST AGAIN STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, COURTESY AND HELPFUL. THE ROOM THOUGH THEY ARE OLDER WERE VERY CLEAN. THE COST OF MY NIGHT STAY WAS VERY AFFORDABLE. THESE ARE ALL QUALITIES ONE WOULD WANT TO RECEIVE AT ANY HOTEL. THANKS TO THE STAFF!!!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED- NEEDS ATTENTION TO MAINTENANCE

Location: It is close to Interstate.
Stayed 9/29-10/01/17 ROOM 28?? Where to start: 1) Room had terrible moldy odor upon arrival. Found A/C filter completely stopped up with dirt. ( I am an A/C tech) and coil "BLACK" with mold & water leaking from bottom of unit onto carpet. Condensate pan apparently stopped up as well. Unit needs to be pulled out and properly cleaned. Chased small roach from bathroom to under A/C unit and he went under carpet edge which is pulled away from wall.. Lamp on desk had shade missing, just an exposed glaring light bulb. Shelf mounted above toilet was falling off wall, would not support towels. Faucet over sink had aerator screen missing, most likely taken for crack use Sad to have room in such condition for price paid for 2 nights 2) Continental breakfast was poor, might be ok for beginning college students. just waffles and several brown bananas, and Tang-Like OJ, cereal and INSTANT COFFEE ( NesCafe) Didn't even provide a "BASIC" brewed coffee for guests.. Didn't even provide a "BASIC" brewed coffee for guests. Entire premises needs great attention to cleanliness and maintenance.

Bad hotel but good location to LSU

We called front desk for towels and room service never showed. It had roaches. It was just an overall bad experience for my family and I. We would not stay there again as my daughter called it a ratchet hotel and she don't wanna stay there again.

Convenient to many locations in BR

Cons: Lighting in and out of rooms
Location: Mall of Louisiana, LSU,
Motel was close to my conference and significantly cheaper. Motel is easily accessible from I-10 as well as from either direction of Acadian Thruway. Not the newest or the fanciest motel, but a great value for someone traveling on business and a budget.

Best way to put it, just don't. Sleeping in your car would be a better choice. Can't believe I wasted money on that place.

Hotel was okay.. in decent location, someone did jump the fence when we were going to room from the neighborhood behind the hotel but nothing happened.
