Guests bring their dogs inside room

Breakfast wasn't great took a while for staff to get bread to toast. Saw guests bring Labradors inside the rooms. We were not advised that the accommodation is pet friendly. Our room smelt of dampness. Pool was not able to be used.

I stayed in same hotel in 2017 and was Semi OK again I stay in 2018 and it was a total disappointment with condition of hotel...NO pool, mold in restroom, was not vacuumed correctly, did not smell clean at all, no soap, cups n furniture very outdated. Last time to book there.

Hotel needed by the university

This hotel was in the perfect location. There also was 3 nice restaurants near by.

I booked a king size bed, but at check in they said no rooms with a king size bed was available. The room smelled like smoke, the A/C wouldn’t stay on Consistently. The pool was out of order.

Pool was closed for maintaince even tho I asked for a pool. Bathroom was not swept. Bathtub needs resurfacing at least.

Close to main things (campus, restaurants, nightlife), but was a little noisy being right off of the interstate. Beds were not too comfortable. Hotel staff, especially Jerica at check-in, were all very friendly and helpful. Rooms had nice amenities, fairly spacious and the price was good.

Friendly staff & Great Room

Debbie was the employee behind the desk when I checked in, she was amazing and had my room keys ready for me. The room is very clean and spacious. For the price you pay, its a great place to stay. Service dog friendly & non service dog friendly. No pet deposit. Other pluses are free breakfast in the morning & check-out isnt till 12.

The hotel was very comfortable, the staff was very friendly, it was near an excellent restaurant. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others.
