Check in was way more stressful than needed to be!! She couldn't find my reservation for at least 20 minutes she had me panicking looking for my email confirmation. Finalllyyyy....she found it! I was like why after 20 minutes you make me sweat it out!! Very frustrating after a long drive!!!

Nice clean new hotel with courteous staff, good restaurant with freshly made entrees. Highly recommend this hotel. Very comfortable accommodations.

Great hotel, not so great staff

The facility itself was great, but the staff was very cold. Upon check in my driver's license & debit card was placed on the counter instead of in my hand, which is disrespectful & should definitely be addressed.
