Room issues

Stayed at this location with a group of 4 couples twice during our week long trip. We all had issues with our TV's not turning on, remotes not working, refrigerators not plugged in,ect. Staff was very receptive and apologetic about fixing the issues but they never actually fixed them. We did not spend any time at the pool so I can not speak to that other than there is not a hot tub. The continental breakfast was great and the shuttle service was very accommodating. The location is very convenient.

Dear valued guest I am so sorry about the remotes. When we upgraded our cable service the TV(s) in place needed 2 remotes. However now we are replacing the 32” with 43” and they are compatible with our cable service which will eliminate the need for 2 remotes. Good place to stay overnight

Broken toilet

The toilet d idnt work. The water was turned off, there was only water in the toilet bowl. When water supply was there it just made a non stop noise.. Because the the water supply was turned off on purpose it should have veen reported and repaired before my arrival. After my reporting it to the front desk was giving the opportunity to switch rooms which was a smaller room. Declined switch, since we didn't arrive until late to check in there had to wait until maintenance was available to fix. When maintenance was informed the room was available the toilet was fixed. A refund wasn't request but because of situation 0ne night should have been credited.

Nice we enjoyed the hot tub very cozy room great location just could add some meat to the breakfast bar and scrambled eggs

Filthy Rooms

Cons: A proper cleaning of the rooms
Location: Close to the airport
The rooms were absolutely filthy; feces smeared on the wall beside the toilet paper dispenser, hair and dirt from the last guest still in the tub and on the bathroom floor, candy wrappers from the last guest on the floor in the bedroom. We stayed twice, 1 night at the beginning and end of our trip, and both times the rooms were equally dirty. It was so bad, we didn't even want to sit on the beds let alone sleep in them. It's really a shame that the hotel is kept so poorly, since the hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Don't stay here.

Excellent

Pros: The friendliness of the staff
Cons: all was great
Location: Great location
Had a Great stay In Baton Rouge, Staff was amazing and friendly, everything about the stay was good. Gave us advise where to enjoy our evening, and helped with everything they could. That manager needs a raise along with a huge pat on the back.

Pease don't stay at this hotel!!!!

We spent 2 nights in this hotel and no one cleaned our room. All we got was an I'm sorry. What happen to integrity?? The breakfast was terrible. Will never ever stay here again. I know I'm wasting time completing this survey because nothing will be done about it.

I personally watch the breakfast area like a hawk and I need to know more about what disturbed you. Our hotel has a larger variety of breakfast items than Wyndham requires us to provide.
