The hotel was old, run down and dirty. Everything was damaged and stained. An outlet didn’t work in our room. That being said, it looks as though they’re going to start remodeling.

This was the worst place I've ever seen. The sheets were stained with cigarette burns, hair on the fitted sheets, smoke smell unbearable. Safety lock on front door broken, carpet dirty with holes and burn marks. Toilet had putty holding up the base connected to floor with hair around it, 2 of the lamps were broken. Went to front desk to ask for new sheets and was told "All i have is one". So I was stuck with the pub infested fitted sheet". A crusty milky looking substance noted beside the bed that spread to the night stand, dirt noted on the curtains, top to bottom.

No WiFi even though it advertised so. Two of the four lamps in the room didn't work. Broken sink. Ripped curtains. Smelly room. Iron didn't work. Chairs in break area were filthy and stained. Sausage and eggs were cold. No juice in the machine. So much more but I'll stop

None of the ice machines on the entire property were working. My toilet was filthy. Clearly, the bathroom had not been cleaned. I tried to use the phone to call my wife and the phone in the room was disconnected. I decided to watch some TV and guess what? The television did not work. There was no signal. I am very unhappy and disappointed.

You get what you pay for!
This entire property is filthy! The lobby/dinning area tables had built up gunk on them and the chairs were heavily stained. The breakfast bar area was filthy and NO COFFEE! My room had hair all over the sink and floors with crumbs and grass all over the carpet. My bed had been undone like the room had never been cleaned. NO HOT WATER either. The elevator was broke and they tried to put me on the third floor walking up three tall flights of stairs. The staff were friendly, but it was just so dirty I had to leave a review to warn others.

The property was ok but the parking lot on the side is going to destroy someone's vehicle. I didn't like the fact that I had roaches in my room I really want my refund from this night.

It is not worth the discounted price.
My room was damp and smelled of mold and smoke. The shower head and pipe were exposed through a hole in the wall. The shower head was directed at the wall, and because it was free-floating in the hole you couldn't change directions of the water flow. The hair dryer was destroyed and was a fire hazard. They were unable to replace or fix it during my stay. The worst was the ROACHES!! I killed baby roaches in the sink area and on the bedside table. I left an opened butter on a dining room table at breakfast on Saturday. On Sunday when I went down for breakfast, it was in the same spot, which means that no one cleaned the tables. I could not wait to leave this hotel.

Pulled up to the hotel and it was absolutely not what was pictured. We check in and walked in the room and instantly notice the strong smoke smell, holes in the comforter, just run down hotel. I go back to the check in desk and tell them that I did not want a smoking room and she said that was all that was available. I decided to suck it up and not go through the hassle of canceling for a refund. Go back to the room to use the bathroom. The toilet wouldn’t flush. We leave for the game and tell the service desk and they claim they’ll send someone to fix it. When we return to the room around 11:30pm, the toilet still wasn’t fixed. Just an overall not QUALITY experience. I learned a valuable lesson about letting my husband choose the hotels

Don’t let the nice lobby fool you! After a terribly long check in process we arrived at our rooms which were not clean, no bedding, ash trays filled with cigarette butts and one of the doors was just wide open. They gave us new rooms which were equally run down and smelled like stale cigarette smoke. I witnessed many customers approaching the desk with various complaints as well.

The check in staff, wife and husband, seemed to be in the middle of an argument when I arrived. I'm my presence, there were little words exchanged, you could feel the tension. The overall condition of the hotel and room were poor. Doors being open with A/C units blowing, some a/c units not on, and very old paint on the walls. The room was dated, had cigarette burns in the blanket and sheets in a min smoking room. The TV was missing a cable, so it didn't work, the door has trouble closing, and the door and security locks were very old and seemed inadequate.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a hotel, tried to check in lady at the front desk said to come back in 30 Minutes the room will be ready then, get back and not only was the room not ready she says I didn’t have a confirmation. I’m showing her my itinerary now to show that it was booked and confirmed and she was legit no help the entire time. Worst experience ever

Not a good stay at all, the staff is rude and not helpful, all of the ice machines were broke on the whole property, and the location on the map is not even close to where the property is.

We should have asked for a room at the other side.
The check-in agents were polite and friendly. Breakfast team was great and the breakfast was better than other hotels with this range of price. Elevator floor was always wet from the customers visiting pool and not drying themselves there. I do not know why but there were so many children without parents supervisions were at the pool, getting out of control and it lasted for a long time. Some people might find it not comfortable, having to hear all that for long hours. But that is not hotels fault and they cannot pick customers...
