Everything was fine the beds were not that comfortable very hard. Maybe could have had a better breakfast selection. What they did offer for breakfast was ok better than last Quality Inn. On a plus they were very pet friendly!

Staff was polite. Noisy, coffee pot in breakfast area did not work properly. Coffee pot in room obsolete, no regular coffee available. Bed linen old and needs replaced. Workout area was down for maintenance and no activity in progress. No towel racks. Room had many scuffs, needed repairs. Carpeting was loose and worn, taped down with duck tape. Had a broken piece of glass shade exposed. Hair dryer was broken, they did replace. The hotel lacks management that cares. Hotel could be very nice if everything was repaired and refreshed. Duvet was frayed and had cigarette burns, alarm clock was busted. The hotel does not compair to the standards of other Quality Suites.

This is a great place for a quick trip. The breakfast was good they had egg, sausage, waffles, pastries, toast and cereals. The rooms are comfortable and decent. The staff is super sweet!

The staff and breakfast were good, but our room didn’t have a smoke detector which is probably a fire code violation. Also our toilet constantly ran the entire time.

This particular hotel was very accommodating the night we checked in. The lady that helped us was AMAZING! The room was so refreshing and made us so grateful due to our situation. It was flawless! We decided to stay another night ! We wished there was an option of late check out. Due to our current situation regarding our home, we were tired and emotional; nevertheless, customer service at front desk was shocking. My partner and I are both experienced in this area of work and there is no excuse. Other than that, top choice of stress relief experience!

Decent hotel for a night
Room was decent if your passing through for a night. Don’t get a room near the elevator tons of noise from people running kids like little monsters. No fresh coffee in the morning. The hotel looks like it’s in a revamp might have some potential. Bed was alright pillows sucked super flat like normal. You would figure spending $8 per room for pillows isn’t a big deal but hey oh well.

Nice place just bad circumstances
The bed was slightly hard and it made me wake up hurting. When my husband walked down for breakfast there were large dogs that decided to come and jump up on him.

Stayed in two different rooms. Tub drain did not work on either bathroom. Toilets ran 24 7 in both rooms. Cigarette burns on the sheets of one room and the bed spread of the other in a non smoking hotel. Hotel entrance not marked. Not the hotel’s fault but lots of homeless around the property. LOTS. This hotel was remodeled after the flood in 2016? And the quality of the work makes me question the skill level of those who did the remodel work. There was an electrical receptacle by the sink that was partially covered by the backsplash. Only one outlet of the duplex could be used. The staff was friendly and courteous but that didn’t cover the glaring issues above.

I called the day before to request early check in, the young lady said that would be fine. I get there to check in and she says there’s a $20 fee to check in early? I mentioned that she did not tell me that the day before when i called(it was the same person)… she ended up waving it which i appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable , but be aware that it is right next to the interstate, so be prepared to hear the traffic and honking all night.
