Had Good Experiences But Not Recently

The hotel staff checked me into a room that was under construction, it didn’t even have all of the appliances that should have been in the room. In the middle of my stay I had to change to another room on another floor. Shower area had mold, I didn’t get room service until 3 days. I had to contact the front desk for towels, etc.

Hotel Lost reservation

Hotel had no record of my reservation. Broken TV in my room had to be replaced. Bathroom shower drain backed up. Strange decor in hallways - fake bricks. Elevator on one end of long hallway. On a positive note the bed was very comfortable.

Ok for price

Overall it was nice stay. You can tell that it needed to be upgraded. Bathrooms are nice. Hallways smelled like smoke everyday all day. Staff were really friendly and they care about each other. Really close knit group. Easy access to everywhere around the city.

Not a nice experience mirrors were spotty, room dusty, very noisy due to near location to Interstate Hwy.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson Hotel in Baton Rouge. There were some things that definitely needs improving. One of the things that I like about the Radisson is the location. It is central to most places.

Room was horrible

Outdated, old furnishings, sink didn’t drain. Interior looked like the Old Alamo, bed squeezed baaad, and lopsided ....hard no!

Good rate, some issues

No hot water in the room, no cot available. Otherwise, no real problems. Nice folks, pretty clean, good price point.

Great location right off the highway. A lot of food places around as well

Convenient

It was very convient to everything very good atmosphere. Hotel staff was very nice. Only thing is I didn't like that due to us being on the front u could hear all the freeway noise cuz it's so close. Other than that the hotel was amazing
