Shower fixtures are need of replacing. Room had no fridge or microwave. Room service was great.

Not what was advertised

Hotel overall is 5 but according to the pictures with refrigerator in rooms it's only if requested according to the hotel.

Overall ok

Pros: Overall, the night at the Radisson was fine
Cons: Update, fix hot water issues, maintenance.
It is pretty run-down, hot water didn't really work, lights were busted, etc. I don't really care much about staying in a place like this, but this one was crummy enough that I would say let's not keep it on the list.

The bathroom needed deep cleaning around the shower and doors. There were spots and reside all over the walls and ceiling. Time for cleaning and renovations throughout this hotel.

worst nights sleep ever

Pros: Not much of anything----perhaps the area it is located.
Cons: Clean ceilings and repair beds
Location: Close to everything we needed....that was the only plus for us.
First we reserved a king bed. We arrived at check in and told there were none available. Put us in a double queen room. One of the two beds was broken. Both of the beds had loose springs that made lots of noise when sat or laid on. The ceiling above the beds were covered in dried snot. It was not what we expected. We don't plan to return any time soon.

Could not leave fast enough. Was walked in on by housekeeping (didn't even knock). Dirty, smelly, moldy

Claustrphobic hallways and rooms.

Very claustrophobic and dark. Room service breakfast was awful...eggs like plastic and oatmeal so thick you could have used it to plaster the walls. Staff were friendly. Beds lumpy

Difficult to find older hotel. The beds were uncomfortable and squeaky. The air system was old and didn't keep a consistent temperature.

Not what I expected

Pros: The shower was very nice.
The hotel was not what I expected. It did not meet the standard of other Radisson Hotels. Very outdated. No carpet. No bathtub (but the shower was large and nice). There were no washcloths, and they were unable to provide washcloths during the entire 3 night stay. There were 2 lights out, which were fixed ASAP the next morning, but still quite annoying during the first night. The beds were supposed to be queen size, but they were full/double size beds. 1 of the 2 elevators was not working. There was no vending. Overall, it was not very comfortable.
