Only 2 doors worked to enter/exit. I noticed people propped open doors, thats unsafe and made the hallways hot. I noticed a lot of garbage in the back parking lot. I thought the guys that worked the front desk were professional. I liked the size of my room and the ac worked well.

When we were there, the pool AND the hot tub were both not working. We were not aware of this before hand, considering it would alter our choice of hotel we’d stay at. Great breakfast with very kind employees. Overall a decent stay, but could’ve been better.

The hotel elevator has been BROKEN DOWN FOR THREE WEEKS. MARRIOTT cannot or would not get it fixed. I had a third floor “suite” with heavy luggage and equipment. The back doors were unlocked at night, and a homeless encampment is near the hotel.

We really enjoyed the breakfast and walking distances for food. This was a really good location for a hotel in general, mall was just a couple miles down road and plenty of restaurants in immediate area

Was everything I expected. Nice location of property within a few minutes from blue bayou, the mall, even top golf which was all the hits of my trip. Separate bedrooms and bathrooms was very nice. Few things could be updated here and there but was not disappointed at all. Will be staying again. Very great price considering two bedrooms two bath and even a kitchen

Second time staying. Suite rooms with two bedrooms and living room are great for large or two families. Good breakfasts. Property needs some updates in carpet, door knobs, tv remotes, etc.

Not the Marriott I’m use to
As a a frequent Marriott member I was disappointed in the quality of this Marriott and the lack of hospitality and staff. We had problems with getting our room cleaned each day and getting towels and it was just not the type of quality that Marriott has at most of there other hotels

This hotel has seen better days. The list of shortcomings is too long to be reviewed in its totality. A few examples : no hair dryer in a 2 bedroom-2 bath suite. Pillows as flat as a deflated balloon. Very old and half-broken bath and shower fixtures. Etc.This hotel is a disgrace to the Marriott brand !

The condition of the room was not up to par with other residence inns. Mom found stains on mattress for the pull out couch. The tv in the bedroom didn’t work. The bathtub wouldn’t fill up with water. The doors were hard to close.

Smoke alarm went off at 4 am and stayed off until we left around 9. We called desk at least twice to ask someone to come to the room 312 to address it. No way to leave a message. We tried to dismantle it but unable. Very disruptive. No one was at the desk when we left around 9 am.
