Two levels but No elevator..have to go outside of building to get to main lobby..breakfast was great.

We had a reservation at Extended Stay just up the street but we hot overbooked and needed a room so we changed to BWP. I was so happy. Extended Stay looked, smelled and sounded like a college dorm room. BWP was nice, clean, great breakfast. Kim was so incredibly pleasant and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Good stay until hot breakfast in morning. Kitchen needs more cooks because waited 15 minutes for eggs, by time eggs came, biscuits and hash browns gone and were not replaced for 15 minutes. Had eggs and bacon only.

Only room that was available was being serviced for failed A/C unit. We had to goto 3 different nearby hotels to find a room.

I would like to get better clarification on the room A/C that you mentioned. We were having the entire hotels A/C's being serviced as part of our annual preventative maintenance plan. This only took approximately half an hour each room and did not require a guest to move or prevent them from checking in. Was this what was taking place or was there an actual problem with the A/C? I want to follow up with all departments and want to make sure that I have a good understanding of the situation. Were spoiled, having stayed there several times in the past. This time the fine old hotel has become a bit worn. The location is perfect for us. The rooms are still large quiet suites and the grounds still have a sport court and walking trails. But upkeep is suffering. We shall go elsewhere next visit.

Due to the flooding that occurred in South Louisiana, we had a very high amount of occupied rooms for almost 10 months and have incurred some damage. It was ok, didn't have small towels to wash us, tub had a roach in it, bathroom was too small and the paint was falling off the wall

Weird, mildew-y smell in the halls and in our room. Bathroom had mold growing in a part of the wall.
