Best hotel of trip

This was the best hotel of the three that I stayed in during a trip. The rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly. It's a great hotel. I'll definately be staying here if I ever come back to the area.

This was a very clean hotel. Also, I slept great; the beds were very comfortable. I liked the large shower. I also really enjoyed the breakfast! It was in a good location and we felt very safe!

A/C not working, Horrible service

A/C didn't work in room, clerk didn't give us another room, saying that they were full, nor did he offer to discount or comp the room. Later, an alarm clock was going off at 2 in the morning for 10 minutes straight, when I informed the front desk he came into the room to listen and said 'it is a very small sound.' In the morning another clerk tried to charge me .65 cents, claiming that the taxes went up from the time that I booked the room. When I told her that I had to sleep in a room with no A/C her response was 'ok'. The rooms were decent for the price but these people had no idea how to deal with customers and were rude.

Nice, clean room.

Room was modern, clean and well maintained. A little too much noise from room above. Breakfast was more than expected.
