Awesome Stay

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in thus far. I was also honored to be the guest of the day! This really made my day. The staff was very nice and helpful which made my stay even more pleasant. This hotel was also clean and welcoming! I plan on visiting this hotel again in the near future. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends! Keep up the great work guys! Top notch hospitality!

Nice hotel

Pros: Friendly employees. Comfortable beds.
Cons: Wallpaper pealing in bathroom.
Location: Southern University near by. Airport near by.
Very nice employees at the front desk. Good breakfast. Close to the college. Room were comfortable. Needed some minor repairs in the bathroom.

Bad sofa bed

Pros: I’m a Marriott fan.
Cons: Room cleanliness and cleaned upholstery!
Location: Great location.
We rolled out bed the sofa, which was needed because I booked the room for four, and the wires were broken so when lain upon, the little flat mattress went straight through to the floor!

Nice hotel near Southern University

My family & I stayed here do thata we could attend my sister’s graduation from Southern. Very nice staff, very clean & comfortable. 1st time staying here & would definitely come back.

awesome Service

The room was so clean, spacious, and nice . The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make this one of the most memorable visits ever and I would definitely invite others to check them out. It is a awesome hotel and the staff is very nice !!!

only problem the floor by sink area was soaking wet and shower head sprayed water to the ceiling

Wonderful stay

Pros: Breakfast buffet, clean rooms, and close to the airport
Cons: Nothing
Location: Airport right there. Some fast food places to eat. Southern University right down the street.
Staff was very friendly. Rooms were large and clean. Close to the airport. Wonderful breakfast buffet.

Was in Baton Rouge for Southern's Homecoming. hotel was clean all the services were excellent. Would return to the hotel.

Unfriendly Staff

I love Marriott Properties and have never been disappointed with any of my stays until now. The staff at check-in was simply put...rude. I did not see a smile or hear a friendly word from one person that worked there. Very disappointing.
