Overall nice, but disappointed that ice machine on first floor was broken. Also noticed in morning that sink didn’t drain due to broken stopper. But overall nice experience.

Tiger 5K Race

My boyfriend and I came down for one night for the race and the hotel was perfect price and comfort for us. Would definitely stay here again.

A place to sleep

The beds are terrible-very hard and uncomfortable. The road noise is awful, the hotel is next to the intertate and it sounded like the cars were in my room. It is more of a motel with exterior room doors and i don’t like that for security reasons. Will not stay there again.

Last Minute Booking

We needed a place to stay last minute, and this was clean and in a safe area. The rooms are a little outdated but clean. The bed was comfortable. Neighbor a tad loud, and some issue with hearing passing traffic but it settled after a while. They seemed to have a clean, large pool but it was too cold/late to try it out. Breakfast was quick foods (some hot and all tasted good) and out right on time. For the price/location, definitely worth the money. 10/10 would stay again.

We’ve previously stayed here in 2015 and it was nice. However this time around the check in staff was not helpful. She was more concerned about being on the phone than being helpful. And there were roaches on the room. Never again.

Dead spiders in the bed on top and under sheets and blankets. Hair dryer did not work.

We apologize for not meeting your expectations Unfortunately, sometimes a lone pest makes his way inside. We have a pretty strict protocol for these situations, and we take every precaution to keep our guests safe and healthy and have monthly exterminators under contract with us.

Disappointing

Pros: Location
Upon check in desk attendant was busy on cell phone, was not aware I had walked in. Gave us a handicap room. I came back to ask for a room with a tub and was told I had booked a handicap room. Not true. She then gav3 us another room that was right outside the main engine room......so loud could not sleep. We have stayed at this particular hotel several times and we were very disappointed. Upon check out, again attendant too busy on her cell phone to hear me walk up. Do you not have uniforms for your employees? Very unprofessional.....

Lots of space in a one bedroom But! Roaches!

Hotel is close to everything you need.... The front desk staff are not hotel friendly in greeting customers entering or leaving the hotel. They are not customer friendly overall in answering questions. They sometimes don't even make eye contact when speaking to the guest. They are busy writing etc.. My room & Maid Irene were excellence. I told the front desk as we left there were small roaches in the bathroom. There was no apologies or comment..not even thanks for staying with us, have a nice day and we hope you visit us again. The breakfast and staff were excellence. Customer friendly and helpful. The time with the breakfast staff Alisha and Mardy made our stay enjoyable. The front desk morning, afternoon,evening and night staff need to be more professional, helpful, and cordial, smile, and customer friendly overall. I will only return if I had no other place to go because of the roaches and the front desk staff. Also I had to deal breathing cigarette smoke even before we entered the hotel. It defeats the purpose for the hotel to be a non smoking facility but allow smoking at the front entrance..

Bad Smell-Elevator

Pros: room was clean and breakfast was great.
Cons: carpet needed to be changed out in the elevator
Location: near the mall of louisiana
The smell in the elevator was unbearable. It smelled like mold and forced me to take the stairs.
