Noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: Stop letting people park in driveway and portico check in area overnight.
Traffic noise, heating noise, very poor parking area, having to go outside to use elevator or walk ways to get to rooms in any weather made two night stay a bad experience.

Sheets wasn't changed still has same sheets on for 3 day's I purposely put a mark on sheet and behold the same ones was still on there. Bug's was on the wall where they was killed. And a few towels was left for the next day.

One night stay

Pros: Palm trees and birds singing made you forget that you were in the City.
Location: Mall of Louisiana is very close and easy to get to. Interstate Highway 10 is right on the side of the Hotel, easy access to others of the city.
It was a little difficult to find the Hotel entrance, we arrived at night. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. First time to stay at a Wyndham Garden Inn, Hotel design made you feel as though you were in a tropical location. Would stay at this Hotel again.

Good location, easy access, restaurants nearby.

Pros: Easy access/
Cons: Cleaning solution odor was strong in the room, it had just been finished. Opened patio door and aired it out.
Location: Restaurants nearby, Mall of Louisiana across the interstate.
Quick check in, room was large, bed was ordinary, bathroom clean, staff friendly, breakfast was good, real scrambled eggs instead of frozen.

Got robbed by housekeeping.

Got robbed by housekeeping they went through my belongings and left the door opened on top of that. Management did give me a discount, but that doesent even equal to the amount stolen from my purse. Also a phone was stolen and my husbands badges from work. We are very upset never returning.

Nice hotel, great location.

Pros: Location, cleanliness, friendly staff, suite.
Cons: They served sausage patties every single day for breakfast. Come on, shake it up a bit: work in bacon, links and (dare to dream) ham.
Location: Across I10 and Bluebonnet Blvd from the Mall of Louisiana, which has a nice restaurant district on the south side.
We stayed there 13 out of 14 nights. The hotel is nice, clean, has a great location and we liked having the suite.

Nice hotel close to everything

I was there on business but I felt very comfortable. I was kinda skeptical after seeing some bad reviews about this hotel but it's not bad at all. I'm used to staying in 5 star hotels and this was acceptable. I had free breakfast and it was good pancakes were made fresh. I will stay there again!

Great location, near shopping, dining and I-10

Pros: Location, price
Cons: It's an older hotel, looks like it used to be a LaQuinta; as such there are some cosmetic issues here and there on the outside of the rooms.
Location: At the intersection of Bluebonnet and 1-10, near Mall of America and Perkins Rowe shopping, dining, etc.
Everything went very well, great staff. The room was impeccably clean, not something you always get in business class hotels.
