Baton Rouge River Center is a multipurpose entertainment center with a year-round schedule of events suitable for all ages. It has a 10,000-plus capacity indoor stadium arena and a 2,000-capacity performing arts theater. Baton Rouge River Center also has a ballroom, exhibition halls and restaurants. It opened in 1977 and has since been a popular venue for concerts, sporting events, trade shows and more.

Baton Rouge River Center is located to the south of downtown Baton Rouge and on the banks of the Mississippi River. You can get here via public buses and there’s an on-site, metered parking garage. Lobby was comfortable and inviting. Loved the big leather couches.ively hotel bar. Restaurant nice, although very quiet, only a few hotel guests eating there.
Staff was wonderful, like everything about my stay.. Manger was excellent, definitely will stay again. Breakfast was also great!!

Downtown is definitely the place to be when staying in Baton Rouge. There are a bunch of great restaurants within walking distance and lots of things to do. Marriot is the newest of all of the downtown hotels and it shows. Staff is accommodating and very friendly. Highly recommend.

I was there for a conference that was at the Shaw Center. It is prime location for that area. They offer valet parking only so that was a bummer but the staff was so friendly.
Like the atrium area and check in area. What i didn't like about the rooms was that where small and carpet is old. but the rooms were clean. Had excellent customer service.
