Really great to see they have incorporated the history of the building to be interactive and so good old photos of the building and surrounds. We had breakfast at the Atrium and both meals were huge. "Cleanest hotel I have been to. Ricardo bakes a cake each day for the guests, the guest kitchen is stocked 24/7, stained glass windows, antique furniture, best water pressure shower of any hotel, spectacular views, walk to the red explorer bus stop, walk to Salamanca, walk to cafes. We will stay here every time we go to Hobart. Great communication with the owner and Ricardo. LOVE"
