Bed bugs, police showing up constantly. Staff does nothing about children and drunks causing mayhem hours after quiet time.

Two issues. I thought the private balcony was outdoors not too the pool and was disappointed because at 10am they were pounding on the walls doing work in the room next too ours!!

I was really disappointed with my experience here. I was looking for an affordable, comfortable weekend getaway but the service and condition of the room was short on satisfaction. Upon arrival, I noticed that the bathroom light flickered and hissed horribly each time the lights were engaged and that there were large areas in the ceiling that had experienced a leak at some point. The areas appeared to have been patched. We asked for another room, but were told none were available. We decided to stay because we thought the leak had been addressed. Well at about 11pm the ceiling began to leak into my hot tub! I called over to the front desk and was met by a very rude attendant who eventually reported that she had taken care of things. The leak did stop, but my hot tub remained soiled. When asked to send someone to clean my hot tub, I was told that housekeeping would not be available until the next day. So that's my first night without the use of the hot tub. The next day, we were out for most of the day. Upon return at 9:30pm, I found that housekeeping had totally skipped my room and left it soiled. The front desk attendant came down to the room and made the bed and wiped some surfaces, but left trash and soiled towels. I asked about her cleaning the hot tub and she jumps in with her shoes on to clean it. So, night two with no hot tub. The hot tub was actually the deciding factor for choosing this location. The facility offered no apologies for my experience.

When we first arrived everything seemed normal, we got into our room and began putting our things away. We are a family of 5 and we don’t get the jacuzzi sweet actually this was our first time as a family. The floors were filthy, the jacuzzi was too and I complained about the room across from us who were smoking marijuana and the hallway smelled unbearably strong which leaked into our room. The front desk clerk did nothing to correct the situation, by morning it was even worse and after another complaint still did nothing make it right. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. A good memory of the kids first time in a suite is a bad one, very disappointed in Wyndham.

Poor Choice

Began with request for lower floor room and early check-in. Didn't get lower floor and charged an extra $30.00 for early check in. Front desk said " Expedia should have told me" was excuse. Room was not clean. Questionable on bedding. Asked for extra towels and was told they didn't have any. Should have Real Reviews on website.

Liked close proximity to events i was attending....helpful and courteous staff. Breakfast option was nice..

Convenient to Downtown

The Baymont Inn in Battle Creeek met out needs perfectly. It was very close to the river walk and the downtown shops and restaurants

HOTEL WAS GREAT BUT BREAKFAST COULD HAVE MORE PROTEIN SUCH AS BACON, EGGS AND BETTER SELECTION OF FRUIT. WE DID ENJOY THE DOWNTOWN LOCATION THOUGH.

Not the ritz. But a step up in quality and safety from the Red Roof. Be aware. NO ELEVATOR.
