Fully booked and fully staffed!

Looks like a lot of new itens or maybe just ultra clean. Stayed on third floor. Full parking lot, families everywhere for sometype of sport team event. We came to gamble at Firekeepers down the street. Hotel is fully staffed with very clean everything. What a pleasure!!

Bathroom smelled very musty, poorly patched holes in the walls of the bathroom, no clean towels available for a second shower when we returned from the casino, breakfast was poor quality. However, beds were comfortable, hotel was quiet, pool and hot tub were very nice temperatures, convenient location, staff were nice also.

Bowling tournament

Booked a suite that slept nine. Basically I could of booked two rooms with a bed and pull out sofa. No sheets or blankets on pull out and when we asked for some they were out. I needed some towels to shower in the morning, they said they were out and gave me the last four hand towels to use. Stayed two nights and the same dirty bandaid was by the hot tub. Kids swam but no way for me. No ventilation in the pool area. Lots of hair on bathroom floor. I would pay more money and not stay here again. The front desk ladies were pleasant and did what they could with what they had to work with.

The room was not thoroughly clean we found stains on the luggage chair, the runner on the bed, an empty used coffee cup and fruit loops.

Not comfortable bed. Was told if I needed another night they would have one for me but they didn't so I went next door to the Fairfield and they put us up in a bigger and better roim. Same price

Perfect for a girls night

We always stay here when going to Firekeepers. The price is great, staff is wonderful, you get free breakfast which is a pretty large spread, and the rooms are clean and cozy. I always stay here when I'm in Battle Creek.

In need of major remodelling/upgrading. Pillows were in pieces, bedding torn and stained, and the stink bugs! Stopped counting after 20. Stayed in many different hotels across the country and this was probably the worse

Second stay at this motel

Pros: Particular staff members, a warm swimming pool and an excellent hot breakfast were great features of this motel.
Cons: All staff needs to be welcoming and room conditions should be checked and fixed every day.
The first time we stayed here we had a better experience. The staff member who checked us in this time was not very welcoming and not as helpful as Debra (check-in staff during our first experience).The first room we were given had a non-working refrigerator. The second had a plug-in cord that had been cut. When we reported it, the staff member said they would make a note to be sure we were not charged for it but it wouldn't be fixed until we checked out. The whirlpool was not operating, but the pool was clean and warm and excellent after a long day of driving. Breakfast in the a.m. was - again- excellent with the friendliest food server you will ever meet! She made sure everyone had a muffin for the road. She and Debra make this motel a great stop. Without them, it may not have been as satisfying.
