We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location close to Plattsburgh but in a quiet residential area, street parking available. The house itself is beautiful and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable and the view simply can't be beat! We will definitely keep this house in mind for future visits ...
A good hotel, rooms adequate for an overnight stay and bed comfortable
I am still waiting for a receipt. We checked out at 2:30 am. The front desk clerk said the computer was running an audit and he could not bypass it to print a receipt. He offered to E-mail it to me. It's been 3 days and I still have not received my receipt.
Kids water park and arcade were fun and clean. Perfect for my kids age 8
This hotel was very clean and had many amenities. It offered a great breakfast, had lots of parking, was easy to enter/ exit, had comfortable beds and room size, and was also very quiet. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to others.
i like that they offer an indoor and outdoor pool as well as a hot tub. i like the breakfast and the staff is friendly. Beds are extremely comfortable. on a negative note, the hot tub was dirty, the ice machine on 1st floor still not in use, door at "B" doesnt lock & latch (i remember both of them ...
The room was clean and suitable. The staff was friendly. What we didn’t like was that the room we got was small and didn’t have a coffee maker.
