Let us clarify your remark regarding the bathtub, it is covered with an anti-slip transparent mat designed to prevent slips or to be resistant to slipping in the bathtub, we ensure you that the mat is definitely not dirty as it is thoroughly cleaned between guests and it should be slightly sticky as has an anti-slip purpose. However, we are certainly disappointed with ourselves for other remarks you have mentioned in your review and sincerely apologize for the inconveniences that took place during your visit, particularly with the attitude of our housekeeping associate and delays in delivery of bath amenities.
