We rented 4 rooms. First, they failed to pick us up at the ferry. Second, they rented us rooms on the 4th floor with a broken elevator and didn't have anyone to carry our bags up. Third, the door batteries were dead and had to be replaced after 3 trips to the front desk. Fourth, the AC was broken, and we sweat for a couple of hours while they tried to repair it. They eventually moved us to the room next door, which they should have done first. Then the wifi didn't work and had to replaced. Not a good experience at all. You can tell Clarion put a lot of money into this place, but it is managed poorly.

Toilet had paper in it, low water pressure, and shower never got above lukewarm in my suite. Nearby French harbor super sketch after dark if you are not a local. Suite was super spacious and otherwise phenomenal. Sports bar on site had good food and drinks, great for catching the game, and pools and gym were excellent. Overall solidly good but a tad shy of “great”.

The phone numbers posted for this location on your reservation and online are not correct, and my airport shuttle did not come. The front desk staff was very unconcerned about the issue. I chose this property because of the shuttle so very disappointed. Otherwise property is fine. Clean and mostly quiet.

I stayed here just one night in December 2023 as a layover after flying into Roatan, HN and before catching the ferry to Utila. They provided a free shuttle to and from the airport and ferry terminal. I booked an economy room since I was going to be present for so short a time and got what I paid for. A very basic room with no view, but it was clean, had a decent tv and internet.The property has 3 very nice pools with waterfalls. I’m sorry I didn’t get to swim. I had dinner and breakfast at Herby’s and got excellent service and the freshest margarita ever. The staff were all very nice and helpful. If I were staying longer, I would have some concern about the location - it’s a little out of the way. All in all, I give the property 4 stars.

Needs a little work. Minor details that affect the experience. No room service, no water in the halls or available for the rooms. Going to the restaurant is like going to the twilight zone regarding to internet; it's like it doesn't belong to the hotel, no connection or subject to other charges. Even though the people in the front desk are nice, they don't come out of their way to assist. The design of the hotel is outdated and it's awkward to walk into a basement to go up to the restaurants.

The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The room was clean yet a little small for the price. There are several pools on property that are heated by Mother Nature. I’d put their temperature around 73-74F. The restaurants on property are decent but definitely cater to US visitors with their menu options. I would stay here again but I’d like to see a different property in order to properly compare.

Room was clean. They got me in an hour early (2pm) which I appreciate. Ice machine is in the office (weird). No wifi from my room (233). TV was tiny. No room service from either restaurant. Free ferry and airport transport was a plus.

All rooms have WIFI, maybe the access point was disconnected from the wall by mistake, I'm sure the front desk would have been happy to assist you they'd known.

To far from west bay beach. Nothing to do walking distance. The hotel charges $20 person to take you to a private island which is beautiful but very small.

Stayed one night, since we missed the ferry to Utila. Check in was quick and easy. The reception area was very small, though. Our room was tiny and needed updating, but it was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and I would have slept well, except for the bright light shining through the unlined curtains. The restaurant was very good! The grounds and pools were beautiful. Overall, our stay was average, but for $99/night, it was to be expected.
