DO NOT BOOK! BLACK MOLD! SECURITY DOOR BASHED IN, LOCK HALF BROKE! WATER DAMMAGE THRUOUT! If it were not for the funeral that needed to be attended, would not have even checked in! NO REFUND OF OTHER NIGHTS STAY AND THE DESK CLERK JUST TURNED HIS BACK AND DISMISSED ME AS IF I DIDN'T EXIST!

What a horrible experience. It was not so much the fact that the front desk lady say she did not know how to pull up a reservation from Expedia, or that her solution was to pay for a room only in cash, or that another guest was complaining about damp carpet in his now moldy smelling room. It was the front desk persons attitude telling me “if you don’t want to pay you can get out because I’m not giving you a room!” Like how you getting mad at me? I’m the one who is supposed to be mad! Lol Anyways drove down two exits and stayed in a great Courtyard Marriott. Stay safe out there!

Double Billed and Very Poor Front Desk Service
Not a good stay. My fight was delayed 14 hours so I arrived at 5am. The desk clerk was asleep and I had to yell to wake her, Desoite having paid for the room 4 months prior, they said they gave away my room because I was late and would have to wait 2 more hours. The night ckerk was rude. There are no chairs in the lobby because of co-vid. Hotels.com intervented when I was told to wait 2 hours. All they had were smoking rooms and they were smelly. None of the electrical outets worked. The Bay Shore Inn double billed me for the fee I paid months earlier. They denied any wrongdoing. I was quiet, but short of that a bad experience. Stay away from the Bay Shore Inn

It was Run down and smelled like an ashtray. They didn’t even have an elevator. and gave me a room on the second floor. I had to carry a heavy suitcase up two flights. After seeing the room and the smell of the place I decided I couldn’t stay there. Disgusting! My first clue should have been the fact that there was just 1 car in the parking lot.

That was the worst place I have ever stayed at. Dirty, very unsafe the door looked like somebody forced it to open before. Toilet cover broken and more, i dont even know how this hotel passed any safety inspection. Not recommended at all

In my opinion the entire property need to be renovated! The toilet was broken, the bathtub was horrible! The towels looks too old which makes them to be very light, even the white color starts to fade😳!

1. Charged at the hotel an extra $230 because they didn't receive the Expedia booking. 2. No heat. 3. Rude staff 4. Woke us up to tell us we had to check out after first night despite booking two nights, due to clerical error.

Besides the homeless individuals squatting in/around the property, the busted locks on the side and rear entrances which allowed zero security, the broken glass from the mirrors in the room, the mold on the ceilings, the broken tiles in the bathroom, the broken furniture in the room, the bed which was comparable to sleeping on a slab of concrete, and the plethora of stains on the carpets/bedding, it was a pretty nice time.

Dont go to this motel. It is so broken down. It smells bad and someone was paying for a room for 3 hours that was behind me. I checked in at 5pm went to a party and came back at 9pm and checked out.

This is an old school lousy hotel. Condoms in the parking lot. The hallways smell so bad of smoke it doesn't matter whether you have smoke or non. only surprise was that they don't post hourly rates.

For a one night, just passing through, it was okay. Once you get past the “NY” attitude at the front desk, the hallway and rooms wreaked of cigarette smoke. The beds felt like a hardwood floor. Not sure if the sheets were even washed. I do not recommend this hotel.

I liked the price. Very covid conscious. It was a work trip for one night. Didnt like dark lighting, bed like a rock, property was outdated and very worn, no tub just a stall shower, 2 floors no elevator, no coffee or breakfast in lobby (maybe due to covid?), no refrigerator or coffee maker in room. Not for a family.

Would be my last choice.
Very old building in desperate need of renovation. When I arrived to my room the door was open. Floor was warped and the only available electric outlet was uncovered. Bathroom was clean.

A place to lay flat for the night.
Cleanliness was fine in the room itself; the hallways looked old, the carpets looked worn, somewhat stained, and smelled odd though not extremely offensive. The whole building looked old. Towels were thin; somehow after using the sink, there was water on the floor, as if there was a leak. Room cleaning was going on at night, and the doors to the building were open. AC worked fine.

A backup plan stay never a 1st 2nd or 3rd choice
I booked last minute while work was done at house. Booked 2 nights at 208 so you get what you pay for small room outdated wanted a king got a double sink was stopped up had to change rooms the 1st lady at check inn told me her her computer was down and I had to cancel my booking and stay another place then after I said no I paid already she called her boss and worked it out but still was rude and rushed me while I was talking about the room problems when I tried to explain I had to wait till change of shift at 1:26 am to be able to switch rooms I wanted room 241 it's beautiful from a time I saw before when a friend stayed here they would not give it to me ? There is no outlets to charge anything in room overall a 3 out of 10 For night number let's see how tomorrow goes the 2nd room is okay slightly bigger a table n chair. Dresser in this one Still not like room I saw I'm let down Good about place was it's close to both southern state and sunrise There is 711 gas Diner and shopping in walking range. Tv was nice size but limited in channels Refrigerator and microwave in room clean Heat worked well

A man was beating his woman from 4am to 7am and arguing. When the person next door to me called the front desk they said they didnt hear anything. No further action was taken. When it was time for me to check out around 10am the front desk said they would check the room to make sure she was ok. Scary.
