"Hotel is ok. The room was small, to be expected but the bathroom wasn’t great. The area to flush the toilet was broken & the shower door hit the toilet everytime you opened it. The location is great close to Paddington & plenty of bus stops. The staff was great and super attentive. "

"This hotel was good for access to Bayswater Underground. Our room was a good size and cleaned every day with lots of clean towels supplied. But we were right next to the air con machines or something and the smell was terrible. We should have asked to move but we were only there for 3 nights and were really only in the room to sleep. For the price and location the room was good value for money"
