Decent for the price

Pros: Staff is very friendly & helpful
Cons: UPDATING! There was only one outlet for additional use.
This is the second time I have stayed here & I'm quite satisfied. The beds are comfortable & rooms very clean. Quiet, even with the close proximity to the airport.

Mixed feelings...

Probably sime of the nicest and most accommodating front desk staff I have ever encountered. Shout out to Ken, FD Mgr, who suggested, then drove us to Little Italy for dinner then picked us up and dropped us off to shop after. That's going the extra mile! The hotel is well located for shopping, primarily discount, Target, Ross and TJ Maxx all within a short walk. The international airport is 10 minutes away, against early morning traffic. Although we didn't take advantage, a complimentary breakfast is offered. The hotel is desperately in need of an uplift and walls are paper thin. The owners would profit from putting some TLC into the property. Luckily for them, the staff is already superior.

Pros: Not Much
Cons: Breakfast. and a clean room
Location: fine
1st Room front door would not work .2nd room tub stained , bed had lumps in it and the blankets were dirty . the breakfast was really bad

Clean, comfortable, great staff

Check in was a breeze. Room is large, comfortable and clean. We had an early am flight and stayed close to the airport so could get a good night's sleep. I dropped my car off at long term parking lot then took the shuttle to the airport and the hotel shuttle back. The young man who picked me up from the hotel had already worked a double shift (day person had called in sick). He was also the person who checked me out at 0430 AM. You couldn't find a more friendly, HELPFUL person. The room was quiet and we got the good night's sleep we'd hoped for. Can't comment on the breakfast since we checked out way before the service started!

Very dirty, Rude staff, didn’t even clean our room

We arrived to a room that had poop and vomit all over our bedding. The room smelled really bad. I called the front desk and was told I would have to wait till morning for cleaning cause there is no staff. I asked for a new room and was denied cause there was nothing available. I called Expedia and they got us a new room. I called front desk to ask if they could bring us the new room key and they said I had to walk down and get it myself. The new room also had dirty bedding and another bad smell (but not as bad). the next morning we went to Sea World and when we got back there was no service on our room. No cleaning, no beds made, no refill of toiletries. I called front desk and again they said sorry no staff to clean your room. I found some staff that suddenly magically appeared and asked if I can get into the ice room and lounge and they said it only opens in the morning for breakfast. I told them it was open the night before cause people were using it. She called me a liar and walked away laughing. I would not recommend this hotel. It was disgusting and dirty. The staff is horrible. I felt safer and cleaner when I stayed In the Philippines. Never have I felt so gross after being in a hotel.

Nice hotel to airport and MCRD

Close to airport and MCRD. Has shuttle service but need 24 hour advanced appointment. Great to have walking distance to shops and restaurants. Need to improve its WiFi signal.

Ok, Place to stay!!!!

Hotel was nice to stay, not fancy but for the price it was nice, staff was very friendly, continental breakfast was good, really close to the Marine Depot, located in a good place, only complaint is that when you first walked into the room it had a funky smell, but overall it was a pleasant stay!!!

Moldy hotel

So the staff was excellent very nice very helpful. I had no problems with them. The rooms however were disgusting there was black mold in the shower clearly visible as well as the tub falling apart. I brought that to their attention they sent me to another room the second room smells horribly like mildew, the third room also had visible black mold and the fourth smell like an ashtray I truly do not know how there are signing these filthy rooms two guests major health hazards!

Chose for free parking & breakfast. Close to areas I visit. Needs remodeling & new mattresses.

Stop over on my way to Mexico

There was a mixup on Expedia’s end and they did not confirm the hotel. The hotel stay were very helpful and courteous. But because of Expedia’s mistake we waited at the airport for 45 minutes and then again at the hotel for another 30 to get things fixed.
