Will not stay again

The room had dirty, stained carpets and curtains. Lots of noise from the street and the internet only worked sporadically. I checked out early because I couldn't breathe at night due to a reaction to something (mold?). Plus I got charged for the night I didn't stay. ; -(

Needs love

First let me say, the location is the best! It is absolutely beautiful and the area is close to everything. Now check in, I waited at the front desk for 20 minutes before anyone appeared. Once the girl did appear she was nice and very apologetic. So the room, yikes! The carpet has to be the grossest thing I've ever seen. And the lamp shades have a layer of dust that looks like it's been there since the 80's. Such a shame for that place to be located in the nicest area ever and be so unkept.

Cute Room, Great Location

There were many great things about this hotel. The location is amazing! Walk to beach, restaurants and shops. My room was like a small one bedroom apartment with full kitchen living room and 2 bathrooms! The only downside was that the air conditioning did not work, and the rooms are dated...but charming (see pics on website). I was very happy overall​!

Got an amazing deal on an enormous room in this cute little hotel, right next to the beach walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. Thankful

Pros: Its location.
Cons: Too much to list here
Location: The cove, shopping and restaurants are all within a stones throw
I will say this about my stay, the Hotel is close to the cove and is within walking distance of everything on Prospect Avenue,

Train the staff!!!

Great location great price for the hotel room but the staff is completely lost about everything asked of them. They don't know direction they don't understand English and they aren't very pleasant! Other than that book away.

Great location!

We enjoyed our two night stay here, because of the location and the price was reasonable. We did have to park two blocks away, but after that, we just walked everywhere and didn't need it! A little warning though: the room was so small, only one person could pass at a time between the bed and the hutch. Oh also, the carpet was dirty.
