"Beautiful, modern hotel on the beach"
This hotel is lovely. Myself & one other stayed on a Saturday night in the one bedroom oceanfront. The room was excellent. It was set up like a studio, but there was a wall partitioning the bedroom from the living room. The living room featured a dining table, a television, a couch that folded out into a bed, a coffee table, pillows & blankets on the couch, a fridge, convection range, dishwasher, kitchen sink, microwave, convection oven, & coffee maker. There was also a full assortment of kitchen gear to use, from silverware to pots & pans, strainer, spatulas, wine glasses, cups, bowls, plates, dishwashing soap, sponges, etc. The bedroom had a comfy bed with two night tables, both with lamps, a small closet area with a safe, an iron & ironing board, & a television. The bathroom had an excellent shower with two shower heads, a toilet, & a lovely sink. Our only complaint is that there was sand stuck in the wood floor that ended up everywhere.
The view is brilliant, we were on the 4th floor and had an excellent view of the ocean and strand. As we fell asleep, we could hear the waves crashing on the beach. Unfortunately, the wind picked up a few hours later so we got up to close all of the windows, and it seems like the building isn't currently equipped to compensate for the wind, because for the rest of the night it sounded like a whistle was being blown in our room. Not so relaxing.
Overall, we would stay again, but we hope the windows are better insulated/airtight this time.
