Perfect spot
It was a great location and so many things in walking distance. The apartment was really nice, lots of sleeping options, a full living room and kitchen. The parking was nice because the ice cream shop was closed, we had plenty of room. The owner was very responsive and got back to us quickly. We would stay here again.

Good location, 2 blocks from beach
Getting on and off the island takes a little while so plan to sit in traffic for an hour but the island is with the wait. The property was in a good location, technically on 3rd floor of building, great restaurants across the street, beach 2 blocks away. Coffee shop and WaWa on the corner, ice cream downstairs. Kids rented bikes and were able to easily bike around the island and to Fantasy Island, then store them in the shed on bottom floor. Coffee maker and keurig available. Property was comfortable and clean. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond to questions.

Family weekend
The apartment was good for a short stay. The location is a little far if intending on leaving the island frequently. The washer and dryer wasn’t available as the covers and screws were off it. But that could be do to us staying during off season. Bringing your own sheets and towels is super inconvenient for out of town guests but doable. But Dave was great to work with and super quick at responding! Overall it’s a good places to stay for weekend trips or access close the the beach.

Great Half Week Stay Near the beach!!
Great family getaway for 2 small families to stay since both rooms have their own private full bathroom. Children were ages 1,3. 5, 7 and 16. We left the kitchen exhaust fan on at night so it would drown out traffic noise when kids slept. I was a little nervous with all of the stairs to get to the front door with the kids but we kept the door locked when kids were awake. Plus, they were so excited that An ice cream shop was right downstairs. I rent a lot of places that don’t leave a vacuum to use and it was nice that there was one available in the closet. The apartment has both a Keurig coffee machine and a regular drip coffee machine which was excellent. It was a valuable price for the amount of people it slept. We walked to the bay front to watch the sunset and we walked to the beach to watch the sunrise. I would probably be back for another mini vacation. The owner was excellent. I did have to purchase a bunch of sheet sets for the beds before I left since I don’t have Queen or twin beds at my home; but now I have vacation sheets for the future. It was a great time!
