Very Close to Beach-Not FancyPosted Aug 22, 2017
Pros: Close to beach, town, quiet part of town, balcony.
Cons: Change sheets, smell, update rooms
This motel is not fancy, the room was small and outdated, and it was expensive at $250 a night, however, I would come back. It is in a quiet part of the town which is nice and is only one mile to the main "downtown" of Beach haven. The Boardwalk (shop) is a 1 minute walk where you can rent bicycles and get coffee/ice cream. The beach is a one minute walk (literally right across the street.) The room had a funny smell but I think that may have been the cleaning product they use. There is a microwave and small fridge. Two chairs on balcony which we enjoyed sitting on.It was just my boyfriend and I, so I don't know if a family would be able to stay comfortably, but I didn't see the size of other rooms so I am not sure. If you aren't renting a house in LBI and are OK with a no frills motel then this is a good place for you.

Very nice hotel across the street from the beachPosted Aug 21, 2017
The Sea Spray Motel is a very nice hotel located right across the street from the beach a little ways past the busy section of Beach Haven. We had a suite that had 3 queen size beds, a kitchen and dining area, couch and additional chairs, so there was plenty of room for the five of us - two adults and three teenage girls. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioners worked well. There are a number of picnic tables with umbrellas and BBQs under a gazebo, which guests can use. The pool looked to be clean and in good condition but we didn't use it as we spent most of our time on the beach. Needed to drive about five minutes to get to most of the restaurants and other activities like Bay Village, so if you are looking to have all of that within walking distance, then this is not the hotel for you. However, if you are looking for a little quieter spot close to the ocean and only a short drive from the main part of town, then I would highly recommend the Sea Spray Motel as a good place to stay.

This hotel was clean in s nice location.Posted Jun 28, 2017
Great for young families although somewhat outdated. It was very clean but the mattresses need to be replaced as both were terrible in our backs.

Very comfortable stay. Felt at home, nicer semi old fashioned setup. Perfect for a beach trip right next to a quiet section of the beach.
Good budget accommodationsPosted Jun 23, 2017 on Hotels
It was perfect for a last minute relatively cheap getaway before the crowds hit town. Basics were all that are needed. Staff was friendly and courteous.
Great Place at the ShorePosted Jun 21, 2017 on Hotels
I was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel was huge and in great condition, with a really nice pool and outdoor activities for kids. The room was recently redone, and was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.
