First impression is the checkin experience.Felt totally unwelcome,no smile,no Hi to small children.Not once,but each time I had a question.The best staff were the ladies at the breakfast,doing their jobs happily.House keeping was very very also.Room was a disappointment,small,dark,no color or happy feeling any where.Hotel Good for spending a night while travelling.,but Drag,dark and colorless for a weekend getaway for which I took my family.We go twice a year.Won't stay again.

Close to business and nightlife of Downtown

Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the breakfast. The oatmeal was Lumpy. I did not eat it. The plates were not placed at the beginning of the buffet line, but they were in the middle and there appeared to be a shortage of plates and bowls during breakfast.

breakfast was cold and hard, staff bothered us numerous times and was just not a good experience.

Ok hotel

Pros: The room size
Cons: Complimentary coffee and small breakfast
Location: Location was good
I stayed there because I wanted to use the pool but the pool area was very small for the size of the hotel. Too many people in the pool so I wasn't able to use it. Breakfast was expensive so we did not eat there. The room size was very big.

Average hotel

The staff at the hotel are wonderful. They are friendly and will go out of their way to help you. Overall, the hotel needs some upgrading. We found the maid service was less than satisfactory. One day, we had no maid service at all and no explanation. The restaurant food was very good! We were disappointed in the conditions considering the name and reputation of the company.

Do NOT stay here

You have to pay for breakfast even though we were told it was free with the room. The service desk people were not friendly. I really could've stayed at Extended Stay America which is better and that's saying something. I WOULD NOT and WILL NOT recommend this hotel to anyone even my enemy. The pool was cold, the hot tub was not in service. It was loud not at all peaceful.
