Long lines once arrived, room smelled of urine and body odor, key card deactivated multiple times in the short period of time that we were in the room. No one runs the desk at night and when asked a question about checking out early, I was told that my question was stupid then I was asked if I stay in hotels often. I couldn’t even make it through the night. Left after I changed my clothes.

The recliner in the room stank and there was no chair for the desk. There were no dishes in the room (it had a kitchenette). Everything that I used in the room worked. It was clean and comfortable.

There’s plenty of food options and they’re all within a 10 minute drive. Our room was nice expect both of our sinks and the shower had leaky faucets.

This is the second time I stayed there. It is something wrong with the water. First time no hot water or pressure. This time no hot water had to take a cold shower.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Although the hotel is very dated, the room was very comfortable. It has a full refrigerator and 2 burners for cooking in. You do have to ask for cooking supplies if you want to cook. .There are several restaurants within walking distant as well as a movie theater and shopping available in Pinecrest shopping center. Other restaurants are a short drive away. It is 5 minutes away from Ahuja Hospital.

Great room/horrible mattress
The room was clean and had plenty of room. Our only complaint is that the bed was extremely uncomfortable. We did not sleep well and both my husband and I are suffering with back/shoulder pain today. The mattress is less than 6 inches deep and it don't believe there were box springs underneath. Everything else was great. The staff was friendly.

Not the room I booked
Booked a King room. When we got there, they only had a queen room left that was handicap friendly. They gave us a $25 discount. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Went to get a shower in the morning and it only had a hand held shower head and nowhere to hook it on the wall to actually shower. That was difficult to say the least.

On Saturday September 23 2023 we Paid for our room in advance and when we got there they had no rooms available. We were in town for a wedding and had to find another hotel that accepted dogs so this took another hour. If it weren’t for the housekeeper ( I think her name was Shantay) who helped us get another hotel. Spoke with the manager (Matt) 3 days before requesting a room on the first floor. He never mentioned any problems with are reservation. Will never stay at an extended stay again.
