"The hotel itself was beautiful. Dinner at MacArthur‘s was excellent. The DJ music on the rooftop bar needs to be updated. There should be some background music when there is no DJ as well."

"Room was great. All facilities were clean and decor is very nice, modern and not old or worn out. Breakfast was above average. Only big problem was the use of the ev charger. My daughter has an ev and the front desk person was not helpful at all to my daughter in trying to turn in the power for the charger. It took way too many calls, downstairs visits and back and forth questions until front desk staff finally turned it on. Not sure why this was such a problem but it took way too away from everything else that was very good."

"Our stay at The Dutchess Inn and Spa in Beacon was wonderful. The room was spotless, and the foot and neck massagers were a very welcomed bonus. The staff were all so kind, welcoming and loving to our dog."

"Clean room & comfortable bed. Thoughtfully designed room decor & layout. Bathroom was beautiful with a big shower. The shower has a steamer in it, but it isn't functional (confirmed this with the front desk; they are installed but a risk to use so they aren't useable). Our room had large windows and a nice balcony overlooking the courtyard. The coffee & tea station in the hall had a good variety. The location is very good and a quick walk to food & drink. I thought the cost was reflective of the quality design & details. Would stay here again."

"The studio apartment was directly on Main Street near all attractions. There is a phone number posted at the entrance, should you need any assistance. We were not sure how to work the TV and called. John was there in a jiffy to assist. He also gave us water and sodas and let us know he’d be available, should we need anything else."
