“My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! Check in was super easy. Jerry was great and checked on us often. The houseboat was very clean and was stocked with things needed for a stress free getaway including condiments, soaps, extra pillows and blankets, and so much more! Upon arrival we were greeted with many fish, turtles, ducks, and even a goose at the back deck. It was the best place just to relax and read a book. If we plan to head out to Cherokee again for a weekend we will definitely……

“Clean room, breakfast”

“Same as last stay in 2017. Quiet surrounding with nice breakfast provided. Worth to stay.”

“Was a non smoking room but that is all we smelled. Blanket was covered which we never use anyways. Best place for it was outside it smelled. Bathroom looked trashy hair all over tub and looked unclean. Not one thing smelled cleaned”

“Not a fancy hotel, but clean with a nice, walk-in shower. If you're a runner, take advantage of the Tazewell park 1 mile paved loop ... with a few hills.”

“Room had mold and mildew in bathroom and the wall connected. Ceiling was coming down in bathroom. Bad smell coming from. The air conditioner. Bed not comfortable. Exhaust didn't work.”

“Staff was wonderful, hotel room was wonderful. Locals were very nice.”

“Staff was excellent room was clean. It felt safe be aware that if you use the safe in your room that they will charge you and if you don’t use it, they will still try to charge you and you need to tell them. I’ve never had that happen before they did refund my money and we’re very kind about it.”

“Nice and quiet. Staff were great and the area provides a good place to fish and swim with fire pits. I will definitely be going back. ”
