I got great reviews from this hotel, from friends that stayed in town. Being that my grandmother lives towards Charleston it was the perfect location. The staff was super duper nice and very helpful! No complaints there... the problem was the bed... I got a room with double beds (we were traveling with 2 small children).. 12+ hours I drove from Alabama to get home for Thanksgivings and the sheets were stained with what appeared to be blood... I just didnt have it in me to complain that night, but I took pictures and we all slept in one double bed .
I did make the staff aware of the situation at checkout the next day, apparently I was not the only complaint they've had. I was told that I would get my room 1/2 price and would be notified via email of the transaction, but no word just yet...
