Best Bed and Breakfast in Beaufort for the price.Posted Aug 18, 2015
Pros: Rooms are spacious and clean. The views of the river from the front porch and some of the rooms is spectacular.
Cons: See above.
Location: Short walk to outstanding restaurants and shopping.
Great hosts (Jeff and Mary Ann Thomas) and staff. Delicious breakfasts plus afternoon wine, tasty hors d'oeuvres and stimulating conversation with folks from all over, make this a delightful experience. Highly recommend it!!

Nice B and BPosted Jul 15, 2015
Centrally located next to the historic district, clean and personable and friendly staff. The Mariner suite has a lovely porch with a water view. Good breakfast. A stay at the CH won't disappoint.

Beautiful, relaxing, lovely getawayPosted Jul 10, 2015
Pros: the breakfast, social hour, our room!
Location: Bay Street- tons of shops and places to eat- Def go to Old Bull Tavern to eat (make a reservation)- amazing!!
We stayed in the Hideaway room which was more modern then the rest of the house- but totally stunning. The shower is gorgeous! The staff is awesome and attentive. One of my favorite places I have ever stayed.

Excellent location and service.Posted Jul 7, 2015
Pros: Personalized service. Lovely location. Comfortable.
Location: Walk to the Waterfront park, have wine at Wined up, lunch outside at Panini's and dinner at Old Bull tavern. Go for a short drive to the beach.
Lovely historical B and B. Awesome staff. The owners attend a daily social hour and you learn about the history as well as get recommendations for dinner and activities. The view is great. Awesome breakfast freshly prepared every day. The innkeepers are exceptional. Wes, Wendy, and Joy have charming personalities and make your stay great.

Relaxing BabymoonPosted Jun 1, 2015
Everything about our stay at Cuthbert House Inn was lovely. The hospitality Wendy and her staff offered was exquisite and warm. Her recommendations for places to visit and eat were spot on with what we were looking for, (Old Bull Tavern for dinner was fabulous!). Our room (the Coastal Suite) and amenities were luxurious, the soaps, towels, linens, robes, etc. As far as location and views, this place is perfect! Wendy offers everything you could possibly need, right down to the aloe for your sunburn! Everything you would expect and more from a top rated b&b. We used the beach pass for Hunting Island. The wifi connection worked well, and never had an issue. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back and HIGHLY recommend this b&b.

Worth the StopoverPosted May 24, 2015 on Hotels
Lovely Inn. Wonderful in-town location. Overlooks the river/harbor. Walk everywhere with little effort. Public rooms very nicely appointed. Beautifully set table for breakfast, which was perfect for a delicious breakfast. Warm friendly staff. Room very comfortable with a very nice adjoining bath. I look forward to staying here again. Only. disappointment was stealth like ceiling fan that robbed from the feeling in the room. So many other period fans that would have added to the rooms ambiance.
