Very unhappy

Pros: not much
They never told us that the heated pool was completely empty until we actually went to go get in it. The staff even gave the kids directions while they wee standing their in there swimsuits ready to get in. The hot tub had grey water. It was unbelievable.

No water in the pool!

We were upset that the pool had no water! That is the reason that we brought the children.

everything was great,service ,staff i'd stay there again no problem. NOTE!!! on third floor nice new carpet but they didn't finish the job.a 2" gap was left between the carpet's coming together. this could be a serious safety hazard for young and old alike of tripping and falling just a concern for other.but a very nice hotel like all marriotts i stay in

Pricey, but worth it

The room was very clean and it also had a dehumidifier which I thought was a nice touch. We checked in really late at night and checked out early so we were only there about 6 hours. It was great. I would definitely stay again.

Nicely renovated since my last stay here! I would definitely stay here again! Only problem I had was I booked with Hotels.com a room that included breakfast and desk clerk told me breakfast was not included. I showed her on the Hotels.com app where it said breakfast was included and she was really nice about it and gave me a breakfast voucher! So overall my stay was great!

Great hotel in a quiet part of the city, close to many restaurants and stores. It was easy to find and everyone was courteous and professional. The room was clean and relaxing to stay in after a long drive - I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was the best hotel we've ever stayed in to date.
