The room was clean and comfortable. The noise from The traffic on interstate 10 was annoying. But all in all nice stay.

Friendly and Godd Customer Service

Room was clean. Check in was ok, but very curt, not welcoming. The younger slender day time desk guy refused to let us extend a night citing they were full which turned out to be a lie. We heard from another guy the younger jerk didn’t like we had a service dog (violation of federal law). We will never stay there again and will tell everyone we know to avoid them at all costs.

The room was really nice for its price, spacious, nice amenities. Cleanliness was less than ideal, when I arrived a towel had a stain on it. A few days later when housekeeping “cleaned” my room, they didn’t change the bed sheets or anything, and 2 bugs were found in the bed. I had to call to ask for them to change the bed, which they would only do the next day. Staff was responsive when calling to ask for more towels or when the internet stopped working.

I asked for a lower level room and told Sam I had a daughter in a wheel chair. He asked what was wrong with her so I explained her condition she was born with. His response was “oh. God must be judging you.” Seriously!! Also rooms were not very clean.

It was cleanish, newly renovated older property. Some near by room was celebrating 420 a little later but other than the smell there were no other issues. Parking lot was well lit and clean.

Overall the room was decent. It was clean and updated. The complaint we would have about the room is that we clearly booked for 3 people and got a room with 2 queen beds. You would think a room like this would come prepped for 4 people. There were only 2 towels and wash cloths and half a roll of toilet paper. Then there was the staff.....apparently the only desk person they have working there. She was not very competent at her job. She could not fi d the reservation so we had to "wait an hour for the system to get it". Then our key was misprogrammed so we had to go back and get another. There seemed to be a language issue as well. And the desk clerk was very abrupt and not very respectful. I am sorry but if you come to this country and want to work in a hospitality service, you learn the language and treat customers with respect, not indignation. The breakfast was okay. A few pastries and bread you could toast. Bananas, yogurt, juice. There were hard boiled eggs and a note on the microwave that if you wanted hot eggs you could microwave a hard boiled egg (???). Not sure how that was supposed to pass for hot eggs.....

It was okay. The room was nonsmoking, but had a slight smoke smell. It was no frills, 2 towels, bed was okay. The doors face out to parking lot. I guess it's what you get for 2 stars.

Overnight Stay.
Nice clean room. I’m a non-smoker and the room smelled clean. The parking area is well lit and video monitoring is ongoing. Breakfast was perfect for a long day ahead. If this is your stop don’t hesitate to stay here.

The night desk person was very nice and efficient. He and the person with the housekeeping cart this morning were the only people I interacted with. The room was tidy and clean. Not fancy, but comfortable and the AC wired well.

A place to sleep with AC and a working shower, nothing more. In need of a good cleaning, defiantly not a good value for the $$ we spent. I would not recommend this property. We left very early so I can not comment about breakfast.

Good motel, rude customer service.
The motel was very nice as far as building and room cleanliness, the only complain I had was pulling up to the front office the front desk atendeee was not very pleasant to deal with, and kept repeating "no guests no guests" I'm a transgender female so felt alittle like discrimination towards me.

The stay was very short. I believe we ended up with a room that was smoked in but I think I selected it and just didn’t pay attention. So that’s my bad. I did have issues at the front desk. He needed my card. I ended up getting paid twice. The clerk just didn’t know. It sucked for me because that was extra spending money out of my pocket for the weekend and then I had some other issues down the road. Soooo double check and make sure you are paying through hotels.com and don’t give them your card. It took over a week to straighten out. They apologized in the morning and fixed it but still. It was a headache. Also they charge me less than hotels.com so the app definitely charges more for using the services.

Our Stay was great. The rooms have been remodeled. So much nicer than some Days Inn’s I have stayed in. Was really happy with the room for our one night stay. The front desk crew were really nice and quick check in.
