Not for Business Travelers

Pros: Beats sleeping in the car.
Cons: Reliable wi-fi in room.
Location: not a safe part of town
The Econolodge on North 11th St in Beaumont, TX is NOT in a safe part of town. It does not have reliable wi-fi or a functioning business center. If you are traveling for business and need to work online, do not stay here.

King Size Bed, Baby Bed Size Pillows

I stood at the counter for almost 15 minutes before someone showed up to check me in. The room was decent. The bedding was lacking and the pillows on a king size bed were for a 4 year old kid. The room was nice and quite. overall the stay was ok.

Pleasantly surprised

We where pleasantly surprised. While I can appreciate a three and four star hotel, I was looking to save money. I was shocked at how clean, comfy and professional everything was. It is my new place to stay when I come to town which is pretty often. The breakfast was amazing also and it was free. My husband and I are very picky and we loved it.

Rapport qualité prix correct

Accueil à améliorer. Chambre spacieuse, calme, propre, bonne literie. Salle de bain petite et exiguë mais propre. Dejeuner correct. Parking et Wifi compris dans le prix de la chambre.

Better than expected

Comfortable, large, clean, room with a huge work desk with charging plugs. Front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. Convenience store across the street. Waffle House on the corner, but didn't need it because they provided likely the best continental breakfast I've ever had, which surprised me since other reviews whined about the breakfast. They apparently fixed the problem. Would definitely stay again.

It's an alright for the price

Our stay was alright. The sheets were harsher than I am used to and the air conditioning worked but not well. I almost thought the shower didn't work, it was tricky to get to come from the shower head properly. My real complaint was that the wifi never worked. Maybe because I was on the far side of the hotel (301 I believe). I needed to do some work and I needed the internet but ended up not being able to get access.
