The hotel was okay. The room was not having the clean view. The ac was not working properly and the shower was not working well either . I was happy to stay for 5 hours only and get out of there dorty but that’s the true

Linens were torn or had holes in them. Bath towels had holes in them and only 2 bath towels for 4 of us. The pull out sofa didn't have bedding, got bedding from desk. Both sheet and comforter had holes. The bathroom had hair all over and visible signs it wasn't cleaned. If i wasn't so tired i would have asked for a different room. Now my friend and i both have bites on our bodies that we did not have until we stayed there. Overall very disappointed.

I would have given excellent on everything, but we stayed there 3 nights and had to ask for clean towels. Only to get towels from the gym. We even had to take out our own trash.

Front desk was not friendly
Everything was okay but the lady at the front desk was not friendly at all. We had to speak her twice while we there and both times I felt like we were inconveniencing her.

Clean comfortable rooms n beds Breakfast was good , Night shift front desk come out to greet us did not look pleasant and acted like she was disgusted that we came in and bothered her. But overall the hotel was nice and clean staff that particular night not pleasant or friendly at all..

Holiday Inn is going downhill
Remodel Lobby was super nice, the rooms on the other hand, not so much. Bathtubs held water while showering. Just two towels in a double queen room, no soap at bathroom sink. Rooms smelled of mold and mildew. Second room had holes in walls and bathroom door. All the walls had some kind of patches or dirty with god knows what! Very unhappy with a Holiday Inn and priced paid.

While the room size was great there were some issues noticed right off the bat. The pool was dark green and looked like a swamp. The pool chairs were falling apart. We opened the pull out bed and there was dirty linens on the bed. It wasn’t even like someone just slept in it, there were towels folded into the bed that looked like they had blood on them. Not the best experience.

Horrible reception staff. First room was dirty (hair on bed, trash in trash can). Second room smelled of cigarette smoke. Third room was fine. Stay easy from this hotel.

GPS took us to a dark, empty field!! When I told receptionist she did not care at all. She was the worst part about the stay. Just no personality and mad at the world. But hey, we all have our bad days…. Other than that, the place was clean, room was nice, pillows were great! It was nice!
