I like it because it was clean and quiet. The prices was good for that time of the week. What I didn't like was the staff When check-in was not Professional and the room didn't have any radio or clock. But overall it was okay Thanks

It was mostly ok. Beds and pillows very hard as a rock and there were roaches in the room. They didn’t have shampoo or conditioner for the shower either.

Hotel sanctuary
It was definitely a sight for sore eyes. We had been driving from Kansas for 14 hours and arrived at the hotel at 2:30 A.M. And they even called me to make sure I was safe and said that someone would be there to greet us no matter what time we arrived. The accommodations were perfect for that right moment.

Stayed overnight on my way to Cypress Tx. Check in attendant was dry and didn't really seem like she wanted to be bothered. Selected a king bed online but was given a double bed instead. Didn't notice until I opened the room door. But for the price it was what I expected. Great place for parking if you have a trailer attached.

The room of the property was clean but the room I had didn't have warm to hot water. I told the employee that works there that my room didn't have warm to hot water so she try to put us in another room but that room wasn't cleaned and the tub faucet was broken. So I just told her I would stay in the room that I'm already in. I stayed there without taking a bath/shower. The property was ok for the most part but I believe having warm to hot water is a deal breaker for me in any hotel/ motels.

When we checked into the hotel they gave us a room that hadnt been cleaned and it was disgusting. When we went back to the front dispite paying for a smoking room, we were put into a nonsmoking room that the toilet promptly overflowed in. We had asked for a late check out because we work nights and the housekeeping started knocking over an hour before check out. I am beyond disgusted with this place. And all I was trying to do was spend a little bit of time with my boyfriend for my birthday away from the stress in life.

I asked the woman in the front why put me way in the back of the building. That I was by myself. That someone might get me. She started laughing! Talking about she be back there, that no one is going to get me. I told her that’s how she feels. Just because no one may want or watch her doesn’t mean it’ll be the same for me. I returned my keys before 9pm I didn’t stay
