Pros: most comfortable Motel 6 bed I think I ever had
Location: we were blowing through town. IDK
don't expect too much from Motel 6 but this place exceeded expectations

i had good luck with online deals until we checked in here. My wife was not happy with me.... property was in bad shape and room was just super old and not maintained. Not even acceptable for the low price.

Cons: The room was a non-smoking room yet it had a very strong smoky odor.

Great location for the hotel. Easy to get to from the freeway.

You Get What You Pay For

Checked in with a front desk agent that wasn't "friendly" nor helpful. Seems that the management or owners are presently renovating this crappy shack. My room was NOT clean, the bathroom was beyond dirty even behind the toilet. Do not expect quality customer service or a clean room. There were several people walking the hallway all night, laughing and talking loud also yelling obscenities. I called the front desk about all the nose, he said there was nothing he could do about it. This place appears to be for prostitution and drugs, so if you are seeking a decent night sleep, do not book here. Management doesn't address any issues.

We have security at night and we do not allow people hanging out or talking loudly after 11 pm. I will address this issue with my employees to make sure it doesn't happen again. The room was older, but it was comfortable. The surroundings are kept up, the staff was very nice.

Door has been broken into in the past

Amenities: single bar of soap, chair, lamp. It looks like the door has been kicked in multiple times. Has damage from screws being ripped out around the safety latch. Most likely a people raid. Didn't have coffee, hair drier, shampoo. Bathroom was filthy. The shower water was luke warm at 12am and 5am (only times I tried to use it).

While we do not offer shampoo, lotion, hair dryer, iron & board, coffee in our guest rooms, we do offer complimentary coffee (freshly brewed) in our Lobby each morning, shampoo is available in vending machine, other items available upon request; and I regret that this was not brought to your attention when you checked in.

Cons: Management, Ownership, Customer Service, Housekeeping and Remodeling of the Rooms, Adding A refrigerator and microwave in the rooms

Upon arrival, I wasn't greeted properly by the front desk personnel. I explained that I had a reservation. I was simply given a key and told how to get to the room. Once I checked into the room, I noticed that housekeeping hadn't cleaned the room entirely. Seemed like the housekeeper made the beds, vacuumed, and failed to clean the bathroom I saw pieces of hair on the floor, in the tub and in the sink. I had drove from Dallas, Texas to Beaumont. I truly didn't feel like walking all the way back up to the front desk to explain the small pieces of hair that I saw. I booked the room for two days, was unaware that five people has to enter your room to "clean" it as a stay-over. Two men and three women entered my room to clean it the following evening. I was a bit bothered by that and found it unreal. Why does five people have to enter oneroom in the first place? I mean this isn't a freaking condo or town house, it is a measly motel room. There is no fridge in the room or microwave, so of course you must purchase your food and eat it immediately, you don't have the option of reheating or cooling beverages either. There were many people outside just (hanging) around, which made me feel very uncomfortable. And this motel appears to be privately owned by some foreigners that reside on the property. Even with the five foreigners that entered my room to clean it, when they left there was a MUSKY smell in my room. They smelled horrible, hygiene issues maybe. Save your MONEY!

I was expecting less!!

Not bad I was expecting less due to the low rate, but overall it wasn't bad at all. I just say you can't get a happy ending for $55

Good for a quick night.

Location was good! Good effort was made to keep rooms clean but leaking roof and a few roaches will probably keep us from going back. Grest price!
