I was expecting less!!

Not bad I was expecting less due to the low rate, but overall it wasn't bad at all. I just say you can't get a happy ending for $55

Location was good! Good effort was made to keep rooms clean but leaking roof and a few roaches will probably keep us from going back. Grest price!

Not a 2.5 star at all. This is more like a 1.5

Pros: Staff was nice.
Cons: Overall cleaning and quality.
Location: Close to a olive garden.
The room smelled like mold. Mold was growing in the air conditioner vents heavily. Door didn't close tight so i could hear everything going on outside. Room did not include any shampoo or conditioner- only a bar of soap. The towels had hair all in them. Bathroom smelled like urine.

Beaumont tx competition stay

On Saturday morning there was an unpleasant smell. Also some of the tenants living there where to comfortable that you couldn't make noise with out them being bothered or calling the cops. Over all, the tenant Marvin saved the day with his customer service, if it be not for him, it be an unpleasant stay. Btw I stayed a motel 6

Convenient as a drive-by

Pros: It is right off I-10 and next to a McDonalds. Had breakfast before heading out
Cons: It needs a lot of maintenance but t serves its purpose
Location: Right off I-10
I was on my way to New Orleans so it was convenient that it was right off I-10. The problem was that when I got there they gave me a room that was already taken. They were kind enough to upgrade me but still a little inconvenient detail

Nice and clean; staff friendly and helpful

Pros: Fairly clean. Sta g out of way to help.
Cons: Room seemed a bit stuffy. Outside was infiltrated with cigarette smoke.
All went well we were very pleased with the service we reeived.

Not nice and wasn't worth it

It was an ugly experience first of all the receptionist was not nice or helpful.Didn't like it that was in a dead end.
