Don't waste your time. A few broken items in the room, road construction right outside the front of the hotel and no complimentary breakfast. There's other hotels in the area that offer that for the same if not less per night.

First we was put in had no electricity on one side of room. Second room outlet for refridge and microwave had no electricity. Noticed several roachs in room. Carpet in our room our room, and hallways was dirty. My family and Ihad stayat RedCarpet in Alexandria couple of weeks ago, and it was excellant in every way.

This hotel used to b nice, but has been run down. The area feels unsafe. Even my 3 year old could sense the feeling of uncertainty. I booked a suite for the best experience. The floor boards were falling apart, there was food left in the sink and it was the same size as a regular room in my opinion. It smells like cigarettes as soon as you walk into the lobby. The best part was checking out the same night and getting a full refund.

The first room was nice, but curtains were broken. Second room was filled with mold and I didn’t realize it until I woke up with a headache and you could smell it. Third room was the charm, it was dark, but mold free and nothing was broken or needed to be fixed.

This hotel was recommended by a family member since I would be spending time with family for Thanksgiving. Then traveling to Houston the next day. Let’s just say that the horrible smell in the lobby greeted me faster than the hotel attendant. The bathroom had black mold in the shower stall and on the ceiling. The doors were damaged at the bottom from either someone’s pet or termites. Oh, and their pet roach came from underneath the cabinet and told me good morning‼️

This is our 2nd time staying at Red Roof in Beaumont Tx. I like this place as they have a convenience store nearby by even a golden corral, lupe tortilla and even a steak house place. All within a walking distance. Will definitely will be staying next time in town.

When I walked into my nonsmoking room I was hit with the smell of cigarettes and mildew. I had to clean and disinfect the best I could. This stay was due to business and I had to stay.

Entire Property smelled of raw sewerage. Filthy and moldy. Terrible staff Unfriendly and bad service in general. Kitchenettes had no dishes, pots, pans cups utensils or anything to eat on or cook with. Why even pay for a kitchenette if they do not provide the essentials needed for it. Worst hotel I ever stayed in.

Very basic hotel room. Room was semi-clean. Moved the bed to check for bed bugs and there was a variety of trash behind/under the bed (no obvious bed bugs). Room was otherwise clean but dated. Not much around the area but it seemed relatively quiet and safe.
