WHEN I ARRIVED MY ROOM HAD BEEN CANCELED BY HOTELS.COM WHEN IT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN. I THEN HAD TO PAY FOR MY ROOM AGAIN AND NOW HAVE TO HASSLE WITH HOTELS.COM TO GET MY MONEY BACK THAT I PAID BACK IN MAY. THE FRONT DESK CLERK WAS NOT HELPFUL. EVEN AFTER I GAVE HIM MY TAX CERT I WAS CHARGED TAX AND NOW THE SECRETARY AT OUR OFFICE HAS TO HASSLE WITH THEM TO GET THAT BACK. THE ROOM WAS MUSTY AND OLD.

Sorry to hear that my staff was non cooperative which is very rare but I will talk with my staff about the matter and we are sorry for that. regarding the reservation Hotels.com had called one day ago and had ask us to cancel the room and we make sure that it wasn't charge on my end and I personally told them to refund them the money
