Dated. We paid 20$ more for a "renovated" room. Must have been renovated 15 years ago... Granted we were off-season, but we had to ask the front desk to find the waiter. Otherwise OK for a family hotel...

Perfect for the family

We had a great time there . Was a little bit afraid because of the reviews but in the end these are the important points - hotel room was very very clean - the room is 70% renovated with the kitchen and washroom left to renovate but everything was clean and functional we were very pleased - The Room was at the end and I'm sure that during winter being next to the door that leads to the ski section must be noisy . But for us it was perfect - having a stove , fridge , microwave and all the necessary dishes was such a pleasant surprise . We are not found of restaurants so being able to prepare and keep fresh food was great All in all we are looking to book during the winter season and we strongly recommand to anyone that wants a beautiful vue with direct access to the mountain to give the hotel a try

Nice hotel. Good indoor and outdoor swimming

Cons: little bit outdated building and room entrance had a bit of old smell
Location: waterfall
Its a nice hotel with good amenities. Great kitchen to cook.

Best possible location to see Quebec city

It's fine hotel with lots of facilities. Being next to the skiing resort adds to its beauty. Drive from hotel to the city is a scenic tour of around half an hour. On one side is lack and on the other side a mountain. Hotel is 15 minutes drive to legendary Mount Morency falls. The only thing is supplies like soap and shampoo were not supplied even after asking.

One of the best hotels ever!

I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff was incredibly sweet and the facilities were great. Everything you want in a resort basically, I told all my friends about it. Will definitely come back

Although half an hour drive from Quebec City, it worth it! It is the same direction to Montmagny falls!

Kids loved it. Great area. Lots to do. Wish we stayed in the renovated suites, but had a great experience overall
