Liked the convivence for skiing and activities. I did not like the cost of coffee in the shop and thought the diversity of the dinner menu was limited. Overall good visit.

Staff and customer service are top notch! Beautiful lobby and facilities. The only negative I would say is they charge you everyday for valet and a resort fee, lots of little extra charges at the end that you may not be anticipating. The bar was so packed that you had to wait an extremely long time to be waited on. Plan on an extra $1K for extra fees if staying for a week and you’re bringing a car.

Great hotel in a very convenient area . Gondola is right outside . Shops and restaurants right next door . Staff are great . Rooms clean and well appointed . We enjoyed the restaurant but there is room for improvement in the menue options particularly for kids .

The hotel is very beautiful with spectacular view and great instructors for snowboarding and ski. The room service was great and the cleaning service at room was beyond expected plus attention to your wellbeing. No complain on staff who was very attentive. At night they have live music and a cozy space. For the price, food was not as expected and not a lot of options. The breakfast buffet, for me was expensive for what it offers. And options did not change. Room service was very good and worked fine. Food for kids where limit to hamburguer, pizza, jelly and peanut butter sandwich and chicken finger mostly. I will recommend more variety. At dinner, the food at hotel was good. Firepits where everywhere and s'mores where often offered for the kids. If you love skiing and snowboarding this is a place for that.

Great place! Heads up though there is only valet parking for $60 a night 😳. A bit ridiculous in our opinion especially when we waited 15 minutes for them to retrieve our car. No one got it and we had to ask again, so I guess you’re paying $60 for them to hold your car hostage lol. Just look at paid parking in the village, that’s what we ended up doing because everything is so walkable anyway. Otherwise would definitely stay here again.

This was my first skiing trip in over 15 years, and it was my kids' first. Since it has been so long, I wanted the skiing experience to be seamless and with little hassle. Park Hyatt Beaver Creek provided a fantastic experience. From arrival, to ski fittings/rental, ski valet, etc., everything was great. One of the most helpful and happy staff I have ever experienced. The property itself could not have been in a better place: next to the slopes, the ski school, and the village. If I could add any criticism, it would be that the room was not quite up to par with a Park Hyatt. Again, however, I would recommend this property without hesitation.

For the price, I was surprised by how noisy the rooms and hallways were, very unexpected. Also pretty upset about a $50 per day resort fee when they were remodeling and pissed about a $60:per night valet fee for parking during the off season.

Overall great! First two days sat at the bar for breakfast and very poor service they didn’t bring me coffee or a drink until I was ready for the check. Day 3 -4 ask to be seated in another section and was a little better. Hotel was clean and great location to the slopes. Would work on staffing in the restaurant.

Location best asset of property. Service was sub-par at best. Rooms not cleaned unless asked at 3:30 pm!!! Restaurant floor was dirty with previous guest's food and nothing done about it. Room service was wrong every day. Amenities in room couldnt be used to even clean one person. Rooms are at least 15 years outdate. Need major rewamping. The ski valet area ridiculously small and can't handle the volume. The restaurant too small for breakfast for number of guests. Significanlty overpriced for poor service and condition. The location is the only reason to want to go back to the resort.

Great property, ski in and out. Very friendly staff, many young individulas from Brazil and Argnentia eager to help but really don't know how. one major incidence is foor quality is ok, staff tooke 1/2 my taco when I said wher is the dressing, streangley he broght me the 1/2 back with dressing. I am not sure how on earth they did that, I didnt like and did not eat at the property post that. otherwise. Also, not sure if they are nice or not smart. So I have 2 rooms and I had to leave one night early, I asked if anything can be done as a credit for the room and not expecting much anyway, and the gentelman kept saying that it is not a problem and it is only $199.00 for ealry checking out. I asked again if there is any credit and he kept telling me that it is only $199, I said my son can stay in the room by himslef then and he kept saying that it is only $199. I dont think they are train to listen the are just programmed to say what the script says. Smile for nothing, no substance and definitely no common sense!

probably our 4th time at the property, but worst experience by far. Stay there in order to swim in the lap pool and enjoy the hot tubs....all was out of order and staff didn't seem apologetic, but were kind of rude about it. 2nd problem - had 3 rooms next to us partying. They came home at 2:00 AM and partied loud until 4:00....slamming doors, loud in the hallways. Staff were contacted and did nothing about it. We went for relaxation, but ended up even more tired after spending a lot of money for a very poor long weekend experience.

Really disappointed. 30 dead flies in hot tub. Had to ask 3X to clean my room. Was told my reservation was a fire hazard and was forced to upgrade my room to accomodate a roll away bed. I've never given a bad review in my life but felt compelled. Staff looked annoyed to be there. I rented a car and delivered to hotel. The bellman looked at me like I was crazy and said there is no car for you. (There was - he just didnt look).

I liked how accommodating the staff was, the shopping that was on the property and the restaurants. The ice rink and the rooms were very very nice.

The resort itself is beautiful the staff on the other hand is extremely unprofessional. Our room was booked several months ahead of arrival and after having traveled with 2 small children for 12 hours the hotel had given our room away, and the situation was handled very poorly. I am disappointed at the lack of professionalism in customer service that I was given in this situation by the resort.
